Creating a quest thread for your character is required before you can obtain a character. This will ensure that some thought has gone into their background and they're given some depth of character or room for growth.
Don't forget to read the encyclopedia to see things such as recruitment age or story that might impact your character's history.
Simply fill out the form, post a thread, and once you receive approval you'll be eligible to win a character from an event.
A few things of note:
- • No cosplay characters.
• If you or relations are a Wallist, it should be at the entry level wherein you share their beliefs, but do not hold office or know any insider-secrets.
• If you or relations are a noble, there should be no knowledge of insider-secrets. Reasons for joining the military should be incredibly convincing! Read the encyclopedia for the entry on nobles.
