Hmm, they've definitely got some room for more add-ons, considering how fast they're getting pledges. Predators without armor, Alien queens, sentry guns... Interesting to see where they'll go.
3nodding At the current rate, post-start up, it might become a struggle to unlock the last few goals on time, especially given that this is a campaign that doesn't run a full month. Quality of the models aside, they are rather expensive, which can scare away potential backers.
What I've also seen so far is..
- Free unlocks were not added in until the first few stretch goals were unlocked, after people got upset that there was no free stuff in there, which while always nice, is not a requirement.
- No Face Huggers were included with the core game until after they got thrown in for free!
- The creator needs to work on his people skills in the comments section and needs to double check for typos before uploading things.
- His previous project, Mutant Chronicles Warzone Resurrection, is as of yet not completely wrapped up, which can also backfire on him.
- No previews of the unlocked Alien Warriors or Berserker Predator! For someone who claims to have had a lot of time invested into getting things prepared for this campaign, it is disheartening to not get previews straight away!
Perhaps the biggest thing that sticks out for me is that this is an exclusive deluxe pre-order of sorts. The actual product that will be sold in stores will not feature the hand cast resin models but instead cheaper one piece plastics.
