Personality:
Calistro's personality can be described as cunning and delusive, but Calistro is also quite charming, if you are into twisted sense of humor. He can't really be considered through and through evil like most kishins and demons though, he really doesn't enjoy destruction and mindless killing that much.
Calistro enjoys causing chaos and seeing people being miserable more than killing them, seeing them crumble completly gives him pleasure. His way of "killing" is more of crushing their willpower and leading them slowly into madness. In a way, he's in love with humans fragility.
He usually stays out of the harms way and doesn't take direct approach to the chaos he might cause and if he does, it's usually when the opponent is at it's weakest. This isn't really because Calistro wouldn't see himself as "strong enough", but because he sees the whole world as his game and doesn't want to directly meddle with it, only remotely steer it into chaos.
Bio:
Ever since young age, Calistro has been extremly curious and knowledge thirsty. Always trying to experiment with new things and learning to use magic on his mothers guidance. Calistro was only eleven when he had mastered the art of magic and two years later he already surpassed his mother. His sense of talent and knowledge soon corrupted him and drove him slightly into the madness. Everyone around Calistro seemed so meaningless compared to him, even his own mother.
This is when he heard about The Book of Eibon and it immediately sparked his interest. Calistro spent three years looking for the book itself and when he finally found it, he hadn't prepared himself nearly enough for it thought. The book's wisdom overpowered him completly, capturing Calistro inside of the book for two years. It would've taken him a lot less time to just simply get out of the book, but instead he insisted staying inside of it, refusing to come out of it untill he had completly decrypted the books knowledge.
When Calistro finally came out of the book, he had absorbed most of the knowledge from it and he had never been more satisfied. Thought it did took some time, even for him, to use and control the knowledge he had acquired. Among other things he had learned how to forge Demon Weapons, which he needed a witch's soul to make. So once he head learned the theory of it, he tested this on himself, using his own mother as the needed soul for it, ofcourse after he had experimented on other things with her. She didn't mean anything for Calistro anyway, so he might've as well used her to something useful.

Abilities:
+ Demon Forging
This is an ability Calistro is most known for.
Using Eibon's knowledge that he aquired, Calistro is able to forge both Demon Tools as well as create Demon Weapons.
In order to forge a Demon Weapon, a few materials are needed. First, a soul the weapon will be attatched to (human or animal). Second, an inanimate weapon(s) (and possibly an element) is needed. Third and most importantly, a soul of a witch is required to bind these two materials together. Once the forging is done, it cannot be unmade and the person who was forged is Demon Weapon as good as any other.
Demon Tools in the other hand are objects that combine technology and magic, creating something that otherwise couldn't be done. There are many different kind of Demon Tools in existence, varying from such simple things as magical locks and power sources to more complicated things such as robotic soldiers and objects that boost ones power.
+ Madness of Wisdom
Shares the same Madness Wavelength as Eibon, as he was greatly affected by it when sucked into The Book of Eibon.
Can use his wavelength to "infect" others into madness. If a person or even an object is affected by his wavelength, Calistro can read the knowledge (information, memories etc.) inside the target's mind by being in contact to him/her/it.
Powers:
+ Partial Demon Weaponry
The first person that Calistro tried to forge, was himself, but decided that he has no need for him to be a weapon, as long as part of him is a weapon. So he experimented if it would be possible to change only a part of himself into a weapon, such as his hair, hilariously and symbolically choosing scissors as his choice of weapon. (as seen in the profile picture)
The experiment was more or less successful; Calistro is able to to transform his hair into scissors, but isn't fully able to control this transformation himself: Calistro can only transform his hair to scissors when it's cut or ripped off, not when it's still part of him.
He can also rip or cut a bigger lock of hair from his head and it'll form a bigger pair of scissors for him to use (bigger the lock of hair, the bigger the scissors). As his hair doesn't have a soul, Calistro cannot perform Soul Resonance with it, but he still can transmit and multiply his soul wavelength through it.
Fun fact, Calistro's hair never seems to get shorter, no matter how much he cuts it, maybe it's his power or some special Demon Tool shampoo.
Also, the transformed hair never turns back into a hair, leaving only a trail of scissors behind.
+ Arithmetic Magic (x)
Magic used for complicated calculations, it's pretty much requiment for most of his magic based abilities.
Calistro also uses this to control the trajectory of objects he might throw (like scissors) and possibly speed up their flight.
Thanks to this Magic Calculation, he is also able to create portals for faster travelling or escaping. Naturally the further he travels, the longer it takes for him to channel his spell. He cannot travel to just any place, he needs the exact coordinates for the spell or it isn't accurate.
Demon Tools:
+ Power Boosting Pill
Calistro also researched some of Noah's inventions, like the demon belt he invented and perfected it with a few quirks.
Calistro invented a pill that works pretty much the same way as the demon belt would. The pill boosts the powers of the one who eats it by 15%, but also drains the soul wavelength of the user 15% faster. Two of these pills can be eaten to boost the power up to 30%, but this would cause an effect which consumes the users soul wavelength double as fast as it normally would. (for example, if a person could use his soul wavelength 10 minutes nonstop, he only could use it for 5 minutes instead)
There are few twists to these things that only Calistro knows:
The effect only lasts around 30 minutes with one pill and 15 minutes with two pills or till the person runs out of soul wavelength. Once the time has passed, all of the persons soul wavelength will be temporary drained away, leaving him almost completly defenseless (user still has it's physical strength.. if left any).
And second, in every pill is a tracking device that will stay inside the consumer until singly removed by an expert, so quite possibly forever. Calistro counts this as "payment" for lending the user power. This pill is able to only track the persons exact location.
Also, if three or more pills are eaten at the same time, it will instantly cause the persons wavelength to be completly drained.
+ Artifactual Black Hole
This demon tool looks like a simple black ball, size of a tennis ball.
The ball is activated by inserting soul force in it and once let go, it will blow up in a couple of seconds, but the time can be extended by inserting more soul force in it (max. 1 minute).
Once the ABH goes off, it will create a rather small black hole (diameter of 3 feet). The black hole will in the point of blowing off suck everything inside of it in that 3 feet radius. The suction of the black hole isn't that great either, because of it's size, and can easily be resisted by physical strength. If multiple Artifactual Black Holes would go off at the same time in range of each other, they would naturally form a bigger one together, with a stronger effect. The black hole last for 2.5 seconds and then disappear completly.
