Some changes in Pokemon I've been noticing

So yeah, I don't mean the addition of Fairy types.

Pidgeot's base Speed is 101. Was it always like that or was it 91 before? Man I loved Pidgeot. I wonder if it gets any new breeding moves or some new Tutor moves for the next 6th gen release.

My Scolipede's Hidden Ability is Speed Boost instead of Quick Feet. So are there secondary Hidden Abilities now or was it completely changed? How many Hidden ability changes do you think there are?
