He can but he would have to find a way to unlock the door that keeps them down under ground.

So if he want's to get in he would either have to follow her in without her knowing or find a way to take the key.

I can probably make it seem like he finds the door with a unique key slot that he saw your charrie carrying.

No she never left the school grounds. She's checking traps she set around the campus to see if she could gather enough meat to satisfy her zombie children.
