Most likely you guys are missing On A Rail and When Pigs Fly. I have yet to find an NPC mine in my new world (every update I delete my old save), so that will take some time and maybe some people in my world helping me search..? heart
As for On a Rail, I just need the necessary supplies. Once I find the NPC mine I figured I'd build a railroad going from it straight to my house/village type area.

I've found I have done all my MC trophies so far on my own. I can understand people requesting help for The End. but the others don't need boosting.
I'm yet to platinum it on my PS3, but I will be willing to help others achieve that one when I get it.

Yeah the trophies were pretty easy (got them all within a day) but I'm still working towards the end one. More so getting the ender pearls = x=;
There are always endermen until you need them.
