History: Tobirama is a skilled shinobi in the area of taijutsu. He is one of the best shinobi of his era being able to go on par with the late great Rock Lee at the age of 13. He has trained his body to be able to open the eight gates, so far he can only go as far as the sixth celestial gate. He considers Keiza a rival even though keiza does not consider him as one. He was hailed to be an analytical genius by keiza being able to collectively analyze his opponents movement whilst in battle. Tobirama has a habit of thinking that he has no weakness taking on Keiza several times only ending up unable to move. Another great feat. that he has is his great speed. He can go nearly as fast as kumogakure's former raikage A. The only person capable of beating him with taijutsu along so far is keiza uchiha thanks to his sharingan and his own taijutsu skills. He also moved with Keiza & Yuukari to kumogakure in order to live a new life. He stays in the same house as keiza & yuukari. He is also Keiza's right hand man leading Kumogakure's ANBU Root Division even though he was only a chuunin, keiza saw the leadership that he had and the flair in his eyes. Tobirama has been close friends with keiza even when they were only 5 Years Old. He met yuukari at the age of 8 becoming one of her closest friends as well.
Personality: Tobirama is extremely energetic, single-minded, and over-enthusiastic. He is characterized as being the epitome of a "nice guy". One such trait is his apparent lack of common sense, believing at times that he can get what he wants by not wanting it. At other times, he takes copious notes, but forgets that he cannot check them during a fight. He has a keen sense of honor, and respects his opponents, refusing to hold grudges against those who have defeated him, and returning favors to those that have helped him. Tobirama feels others should show the same respect towards their opponents, and is disgusted whenever someone is unnecessarily cruel to their enemies.
