A competition between zodiacs to see who head of the zodiacs is that year
Two zodiacs must host party, whoever has most guests wins
Sun and Moon judges go around last day to see who has won
Bit of competition but nothing dangerous
Opi head of the floaters
Can do crossovers to try and steal guests and stuff, etc.
Each setting can therefore be different and not tied together at all
Ophi and his family of constellations are party crashers so they could totally play the different parties against each other
Send co-hosts to spy, co-hosts could get caught. Pranks. Awesomeness
Opi doesn't want any of them to succeed, or is just having fun, like loki the trickster perhaps
Good reason for Gaians to be among the Zodiacs
If everyone's party fails, Ophi is on top.
