Ok then I am now going to assign one VC, and a Co-captain I want only one VC for the guild so with the below info I want people to apply for the job but I do request active people the VC will be in charge of different sections of the guild to and will be given there job upon getting it from me and co-captain will have 2nd highest authority in the guild and must be followed so with the below info apply for the job and you should be here more then 2 weeks to apply

How Long You Have been in the guild: A few months (Got active like a week or two ago)
What will you do to help the guild?: Anything I can
Why do you want this spot?: I've been a member of crew for several guilds and have been able to execute my job to an incredible extent. If given the opportunity, I believe with the proper storyline, we can go on and make this guild a rather successful and thriving place for all to role play in.
How active are you out of 10?: Right now I'm at a 4/10, but after midterms, I should be a 8/10
Will you be active enough to do the jobs given?: Not immediately, but after next Tuesday, I should be free to help out again.

Position: Hoping for at least VC, but I am applicable for Co-Captaincy.
How Long You Have been in the guild: Several months. I've been here off and on, this is actually a new account.
What will you do to help the guild?: The goal is to make the guild more member-friendly and with a member-friendly guild, then everyone is happy!
During my time in this guild, I've seen that one of the major lacking things is activity. I've never had the opportunity to be a member of the crew. However, I envision this guild becoming one of the greatest Bleach guilds of all time. I want to improve the guild's activity, contribute to its overall story scheme, update many of the lists of Captain/Espada/Visored positions, as that needs to be updated, and I want to begin reforming some of the systems that I think could be reworked to better suit the needs of the members as a whole.
Additionally, I feel that the current state of the guild is result of a lack of more direct action taken by the mods. Without more active moderation, people are forced to wait several days to get their profiles approved so that they may begin their RPing. This is an inconvenience and is unacceptable if you intend to have a guild be thoroughly successful, especially one aimed towards semi-literacy.
Furthermore, several of the mods have been on extended hiatus, thus leaving the, if I may be so frank, mess, that this guild's systems have become a serious and lingering issue. If you are going to select someone to be your co-captain or a VC, choose someone who is willing to sacrifice a large amount of time and devote it towards the betterment of your guild. I already told you what I am willing to do. Just ask and you will receive.
Why do you want this spot?: I have been a guild captain over ten guilds, vice captain in too many to count. I know what comes with authority and I am willing to put the agenda of the guild to action. I have several people in this guild who can also attest in reference to my skill in leadership. Furthermore, I have been actively roleplaying for the past seven years, with a deep understanding of the Bleach anime/manga.
How active are you out of 10?: 10/10. I am on Gaia every day, essentially for 10 hours or more, depending on whether or not it's the weekend. I live in Eastern Pacific (-5) GMT.
Will you be active enough to do the jobs given?: Absolutely.

What will you do to help the guild?: Anything I can. Ideas for things, settling disputes. etc etc.
Why do you want this spot?: Well, I've done this a lot (crew and vise captain), over many of the guilds I've been in. I'm a nice person whom will do my best to handle anything thrown at me. Great ideas and thinking of loops holes are one of my many talents.
How active are you out of 10?: hmmm like an 8/10. I work during the day from 6am-2pm so I can be on after

Are you Crew?: Perhaps sooner or later.
Position: If this mean which I'd rather go for, I would say Co-Captain or VC. Seeing as there is a lack in those departments, as far as activity goes. This is excluding Caelum, who has been here to talk to without a doubt.
How Long You Have been in the guild: About 2 months.
What will you do to help the guild?: Well for one, get some story flowing and activity. Seems we're low on story and I'm sure I can migrate some active members here easy. Any advice whether it be good or bad, one for example is the non need for too many mods. Such as right now, there are 12 mods. Most of which, I have not seen do anything in the guild aside from characters and rping and such. Now for those of you reading, do not take this as bashing or down playing, for it may be work behind the scenes such as systems development or etc. However, I am making the point that too many mods; means too many problems to undergo at once, and too many voices to hear when it comes to a vote on things. I've seen good guilds go down the drain because of the fact some mods lacked in their positions, and some did exceptionally good.
Why do you want this spot?:
Well, I feel that I can help a lot more than what's being done right now. Not trying to down rate the current mods, but it is the fact of fixing things up that NONE are doing. From outdated systems, to typos in the guilds wording, to the details that needs to be had and other so on and so forth. There are a lot of things that require a bit of tweaking, so that it makes sense, and some of these things just do not make sense at all. An example is the whole, mod chooses your stats; now this is down right ignorant in my opinion. For no one knows your character better than you. Now I can understand a way of utilizing this system that keeps people from just outright trying to place Master into every category easy. That of which I made in my head on the first profile approval I ran by. Another thing would be to place the systems in the open main topic area, than that of a sub-forum.
You all also need the update on things such as rosters and what not. These lists are highly outdated and some of these systems need to be either removed or updated as they have long over passed, should have been. The way of handling things in general is a big necessity. I can also get some cleaning up done in here, and possible integration of detail so that the members can know what exactly is where and how to go about things simpler.
No system sub-forum is necessary and will only get people lost. Some do not even know that there is a system for the reiatsu aka reiryoku levels, or even the other levels for that matter. Now you might just say, well why can't their a** look; but this is not the case and that is down right selfish of you to say. Make things easier for the members, some of which who barely read or care to at that, and have it flat out in the open; that way there are no excuses. That is also one of the main reasons, that profiles take so long to construct, no one knows such forums exists. The easier it is for the members to navigate, the easier the flow of things within the guild goes. I should know, I'm a Captain of my own guild; I am also an former head fight/debate mod in my time in other guild and fixer of other guilds as well as Vice Captain. Proof: One Piece Boundless Seas, Bleach; Wrath of the Gods, list goes on.
How active are you out of 10?: It really depends on if I am waiting on posts or not, for I do not believe in double posting and as of right now I am possibly a 3 cause I am waiting on others. Though without the wait I am a 8.5, reason being is I do have other guilds to post in as well and this is not my exact life. Everyone has their irl duties as well. Mine of recent being god awful mid terms... [hisses]

Why do you want this spot?: To be honest I'm fine with my position as crew, but if you guys desire a change of pace, i would be happy to oblige. My skills and experience after all are invaluable { As many of you well know }
How active are you out of 10?: Well I'm here everyday so i would say 10

How Long You Have been in the guild: A Month
What will you do to help the guild?: Much what I have thus far. Adding Systems for guild use, reviewing and approving profiles, attending and resolving questions/concerns/issues, building arcs (thus far I've already helped devise one and the makings of another), Mod coordination and assistance, and of course posting frequently.
Why do you want this spot?: To be honest, I have felt as though I've already begun stepping up and taking up some of the responsibilities. I know there is more to do and other things I can help with and attend to. So why not make it official and do what I can, more, for the guild? I like to think I have done well thus far, why not strive for more? Do more.
How active are you out of 10?: On a scale of one to ten? [1 - 10] I'd say a 9 or a 10. I post and am here nearly everyday. But let's say 8.5 - 9 to be safe, hm?
Will you be active enough to do the jobs given?: I should like to think so. I do not know the future, but I am good at asking for assistance when I require it and can get jobs done. I can, I have, and I Will.
