Clothing: Kaede's usual attire consists of a simple light pink kimono, with stockings that cover the soles of her feet. On special occasions or on days when she's unable to wear her kimono she'll wear a simple outfit, one that will undoubtedly be some shade of pink.

Personality: A rather indifferent young girl, Kaede acts much older than she truly is. She's a polite and respectful individual, but only gives respect to those who deserve it. Though she isn't one to be rude, she can often have a sharp tongue when frustrated, and around those who proof to be bothersome. She carries about an air of confidence, though it is not to be mistaken for overconfidence; she knows what she can do and what she cannot, though that doesn't mean she won't try.

Bio: Kaede is the daughter of a human woman and a kitsune male. She never knew her father personally, but her mother often talked fondly about the man she spent six months with. It was these conversations that eventually had the girl curious enough to begin looking up Japanese folklore, that being the only information she could obtain about the man. When she became of school age she attended a public school, and quickly became popular with her young classmates. They all believed her ears and tails were a costume she was committed to wearing, and left it at that. Middle school was different however and she was quickly made fun of for wearing 'fake ears and a tail' her teacher would often ask her to take them off and when she refused they thought it was nothing more than rebellion.
Eventually her mother took her out of public school and resorted to educating her daughter herself, but when she began to experience changes not common to that of a human her mother admitted that even she couldn't teach her everything. At thirteen she was sent away to a small tribe of kitsunes and half kitsunes like her, where she learned more about her father's heritage. In recent years it was decided that it would be best that she learned to interact with others races and was sent to Nakaumi Academy.
Skills/Abilities: Monsterous Form: Kaede can obtain this form only when her emotions are unstable, or voluntarily underneath a full moon when she has better control of it. Fire Manipulation: Kaede can manipulate a small amount of fire. It's only in her 'monster form' that she can actually create fire, but in her human form she can only control its movement.
