Abilities
¤ Ninjutsu: Being an Uchiha, Keiza was taught the clan's most basic jutsu's that of which are Fire Elemental Jutsu's. Keiza can effectively use Fire Elemental Jutsu's to their full extent due to years of training. Keiza can also use lightning element jutsu's but cannot use it excessively due to immense chakra draining.

¤ Taijutsu: Keiza is a Semi-Specialist when it comes to Taijutsu. He might be able to keep using it very effectively in a time period of 1 to an hour after that his movements become slower.

¤ Genjutsu: Keiza is a specialist when it comes to Genjutsu being in the Uchiha Clan. Keiza has the sharingan with it he gains access to abilities such as seeing chakra, predicting movements, and placing a victim under paralyzing genjutsu. He reached the stage where he could even have his Sharingan activated for extended periods of time, with minimal drain on his chakra levels.

History: Keiza was born into the Uchiha clan as the son of Meiu and Rei Uchiha, and was praised by all as the best of his generation, and a genius above all others.Even by the standards of the battle-adept Uchiha clan, Keiza's prowess far outshone their own.However, he never thought of himself as somebody strong and special.When he was only five, Keiza had already witnessed countless lives lost due to the Fourth Shinobi World War, which emotionally traumatised him and consequently turned him into a peace-loving person. Keiza spent much of his time researching the history of the village from the writings their ancestors left behind.

At age 8, Keiza graduated from the Academy at the top of his class after only one year,mastered the Sharingan 8 months after he graduated the academy,passed the Chūnin Exams at age 10,became a jounin a year later.

Keiza was said to be a shell of Uchiha Itachi with his accomplishments in such a short period of time. Keiza's parents were both killed because of an enemy ambush.

Being traumatized in the events that occurred so rapidly in his life he sought guidance from the Hokage.
Keiza then personally asked the Hokage of Konohagakure for him to leave the village and go live in another village. The Hokage Granted this request.

He was also trained by Kakashi Hatake at the time he became a Chuunin and so he learned Chidori and started progressing at that jutsu. 3 Years after becoming a Jounin he met a girl named Yuukari who was also an Uchiha. Keiza didn't realize that the both of them were from the same class in the academy. She eventually became his lover and from that moment on things started to look bright for Keiza. He was later chosen as Raikage in the village of kumogakure because of his skill and knowledge in the ninja world. He became the 2nd youngest kage to ever become a kage. The first one who was able to achieve the rank of kage at the age of 15 was Gaara of The Sand Village.

Personality: Keiza was shown to be highly perceptive, observant, discerning, analytical, and intelligent.He was very quick-witted, controlled, disciplined and clear-headed, quick-thinking, showing a great maturity, responsibility and intuitiveness; rarely being caught off guard or deceived. Keiza had great foresight; Even from a young age, Keiza was noted to be wise beyond his years and spent much of his time researching the history of the village from the writings their ancestors left behind. From this, by the age of twelve, his understanding of the world was on par with that of a Hokage.
