Thrones
Zeus' Throne is made of Black Egyptian Marble decorated with chips of gold. He has seven steps leading up to it, each a color of the rainbow. The arms are eagles with strips of tin in their mouths symbolizing that he could kill any living creature. Zeus sat on a purple ram skin which he created rain with. Above his throne was a big blue sky, symbolizing that he ruled over the entire sky.
Hera's throne was made of ivory, with three crystal steps leading up to it. Willow leaves and golden cuckoos decorated the back, and a full moon hung above it. Hera's seat cushion was a white cow skin, which she used to make rain when Zeus was too busy or couldn't be bothered to end droughts.
Poseidon's throne is decorated with corals and has a built-in holster for a trident. It is described as a deep sea fishing chair. made of gray/green white streaked marble. The arms were sea beasts and he sat on a seal skin. It was decorated with coral, gold chips and pearls.
Demeter's throne is woven out of grass stalks, wheat and apple tree branches whereas in Roman form, Ceres, it was made of malachite decorated with gold barley and pigs.
Athena's throne is described as silver with golden basket-work on the back and sides. There is a crown of violets above. Her throne also had gorgon heads for the arms.
Artemis' Throne is pure silver. It had two date palms on the back, full moons above, and she sat on a wolf-skin cushion.
Aphrodite's throne is made of silver and is inlaid with aquamarines, beryls, and other precious and semi-precious stones. The back is shaped like a large seashell (signifying her connection to the sea) and the seat is made from swans' down. At her feet there is a golden mat with apples, bees, and sparrows on it.
Dionysus' throne is made of gold and wood. Grapes and Snakes were carved on it. It also had onyx, sard, jade, and carnelion all over it for decoration
Hephaestus' throne is a simple metal chair, but it acts like a robot. It is described as a "La-Z-Boy type thing covered in bronze and silver gear"
Apollo's Throne is goldand represents the sun, healing, and poetry. The Throne has magical inscriptions carved all over it. The back of the throne is shaped like a lyre, and has a seat made of python skin. There is a sun disk above it with twenty-one rays made of arrows.
Ares' Throne is made of leather and chrome like his bike and has skulls and human skin as decorations.
Hermes' Throne is made of solid stone. It has ram heads for the arms and it has a seat of goat skin
