I simply wanted to know what everyone's opinion is on the connection between space and time, or lack there-of, as it may well be. I have my own opinion, but nothing is true fact, and I respect everyone's opinion.

I tend to think that space and time are the same thing, or at least interwoven like the warp and weft of a rug. This is probably just a lot of influence by Einstein though.

Einstein came up with such a theory, but if you research in a physicist known as Minkowski, he came up with a space-time theory where the two coexist.

Relativity actually works most conveniently in Minkowski space.

Time is a mere measurement created by humans. Therefor, it isn't exactly a thing to be exact. It is just a concept to speak of progression of matter and how it has aged and transformed.

The universe actually is a thing, though. It is everything. That is the very definition to what the term means.

The two do intertwine relatively well as time is the measurement for the progression of the universe in numerous ways and the measurements vary.
