Her face dropped, he called her bluff and now she ha no other option but to bite her tongue. What ever his problem was he obviously wasn't going to come out and say it, even after their morning had started off so well... Aside from starting a fight in the bar...
Jay clenched her fists and swallowed the lump in her throat, completely oblivious as to why he had turned so cold... Well mostly oblivious, she had after all mentioned the tit grab...And no doubt he was still thinking about the whole choke thing.

Where as she actually didn't know what it was that had made him upset. So there was no way to explain herself.


"No 'we' shouldn't. I'm going to go get some air."

With that she would excuse herself from the table, fighting the urge to cry because crying was for the weak. But she felt too strongly towards him, and he had found a way past her defences and had yet again hit her right in the feels. Maybe one day he would come to realise that it wasn't always a good thing.

Walking outside she felt a weird tingling sensation in her chest, it hurt but not in the usual pain kind of way...Was something wrong with her?
