I'm not a big pokemon fan, but this does sound like a cute idea, much more creative than the standard pokemon tournaments I see everywhere.
I assume there'll be a professor for every pokemon type. Example, Professor of Ghost types, Professor of Warer types, etc. Plus a Headmaster and a Nurse.
I was thinking instead of types, that each professor would specialize in a certain set of skills or tactics needed for the successful trainer that would differ from professor to professor, I for one plan on fulfilling the position of professor of Advanced Battle Tactics, Then there would be professors for Basic Battle tactics, type advantage, item use, etc.
