T a l e n t s:: Singing! Dancing! I love to do both, usually at the same time. I'm quite good, thanks to my mother of course. And I have a bit of a green thumb, though I don't really use it much. But it's a good party trick!
Q u i r k s:: I tend to break out singing or dancing randomly if the mood strikes, it doesn't matter to me where or who's watching. When I'm nervous or upset, I tend to chew on my lower lip and fidget more, usually I can be quite still.
S k i l l s:: I can charm people with my singing if I wish, though I rarely do so unless I need to calm them. Thanks to my father, I have some green magic, but as I said, I don't really use it. I'm immortal, I guess, or mostly anyway. I can't really get sick, but there are some things that can make me ill.

P e r s o n a l i t y:: Karika is a very bubbly, happy sort of person. She's very sweet and very impulsive, enjoying the fun things in life and wanting to enjoy it. What's the point of living such a long life if you don't enjoy it, after all? She loves to travel and see new places, meet new people, and often will pick random flights or trains just to see where she ends up. Usually she gets completely lost and turned around, having no sense of direction, but she never cares at all. It takes quite a bit to make her angry or upset - using her, betraying her, or hurting someone she cares about. She's quite a philanthropist, donating generously to charities across the world, and loves spending money on others. Most mistake her innocent enjoyment of life for stupidity and are quickly corrected if they try to pull one over on her eyes.
H i s t o r y:: Born from Terpsichore, the Muse of dance and dramatic chorus, and a High Elf fae lord, Karika lived on Mount Olympus with her mother and the other muses for quite some time before she grew bored and headed to earth to enjoy herself. She acquired a great deal of wealth from 'artifacts' she had in her possession. It was easy to use it to travel and do as she pleased, enjoying the finer things in life and using her wealth to help those she came across. It was more something to do than any real generosity, as she didn't really have an actual interest in philanthropy.
It wasn't until she visited the poorer countries, not knowing what she'd find, that she found a more personal interest in using her wealth. So she went on Broadway, went on tour, made money, multiplied her wealth. Of course she used it on herself as well, finding a nice estate nestled in mountains, remote and pleasant, but the majority went to charities she found that she approved of. Over the course of a few decades, she took over the ones she found were corrupt to make sure the money was going to the correct people instead of lining pockets of businessmen.
After a time she 'retired' from touring and went back to traveling. But Karika grew bored being by herself and went through a few lovers, all of whom disappointed her in some way in the end. Greed or lust or even anger, they always emerged and she always pushed them away in disgust. But she was lonely and bored and wanted a companion to have fun with. So she decided to visit the Hotel and see what sort of person she could buy, give them their freedom if they traveled with her for a while.
