Shirojugotai. The White Fifteen. They are the primary hollow force. A recently created group, little is known of their organization. How powerful it is, the real identity of their members, how trustworthy they are, all questions unanswered. However, it is known that they are strong, or at least strong enough. Although new to the game of organized powers, they are already able to compete on the scale equal to that of the Gotei Thirteen. They are known to exist, they don't hide their crimes. They have no world to turn to. Wandering the human world, they only follow the set of orders given to them; never harm one another with intent to kill or permanently disable.
- The White Fifteen may not fight among themselves with lethal or possessive intent. Sparring is fine, but fighting over positions, territorial control, or simply to permanently disable or kill is forbidden within the group.
The White Fifteen are naturally against working with any other spiritual race that is not their own. Wary of being destroyed so early, they refuse to work with either the Katena or the Shinigami, and instead, follow their own addendum.
The White Fifteen are, as mentioned above, capable of taking Captains or Katena in a one on one situation with equal chances of winning. They are all Arrancar, and they replace the Espada. There are no exceptions to this.
The White Fifteen base themselves out of the Human World. They have no home to call their own, and as such, thrive in the World of the Living, especially where tensions rise and negative emotions run freely.
Despite being hostile to other races of spiritual beings, they are not war-like. While some may be more inclined to combat than others, they show the same competency for strategies and talk as the Shinigami do. They are a military force like any other. However, because of where they are based, they cannot create a large enough area to separate themselves into a massive unit or Division like the Gotei Thirteen. They possess a larger number of high ranking officers, but an overall lower amount of numbers.
Each member of the White Fifteen will have a code name. It is not necessary to use it, however, each member may individually choose whether or not to use it in place of their own name. Please understand this is a code name, not a title. There is a difference.
