Personality: Unlike most of the Uchiha clan who possess magnificent talents, Izumi is not arrogant in the slightest. She comes off as a very combative, mischievous, and calm person, upon a first impression. The way she dresses and appears before others reflects her status in the Uchiha Clan, along with her Crimson red eyes, that make people tremble beneath their gaze. She has incredible control over her emotions, barely even showing surprise when something unexpected happens. She's highly perceptive, observant, analytic, and intelligent, being able to come up with complex strategies to defeat her opponents with ease. Izumi has also developed her own skills in deception, to the point where she's able to take on roles outside of his own personality or thoughts, and still come off as natural as ever. Regarding her "Vixen" persona, she is also very combative, vengeful, merciless, and cruel to those who deserve it, or intend to harm Masaru or herself.
Izumi is also very playful, feeling the need to play with her allies whenever possible, alongside this she's rather flirtatious, and all around sensual and seductive. She enjoys teasing others, and being mischievous, her quick-wit accompanied with a dangerous silver tongue. Izumi is a mistress of facades, and can easily acquire a new personality or outward appearance if needed. Her image naturally being rather slender, yet appealing, she is a very charming and elegant individual, gaining the attention and attraction of those around her with relative ease should he wish to. She takes pride in her appearance, almost to an arrogant point, not above flaunting her sexuality to fulfill various purposes. She is also seen as somewhat obsessive and compulsive, such as her rather unusual relationship with her older brother Masaru. She's often seen following him around, and always by his side if she's not busy with anything else, appearing to be a little more intimate than normal siblings should be. Her normal attire strictly consists of her Kitsune mask and umbrella, wearing or donning both upon her figure in some fashion at all times, and will become quite upset if either of them are touched.

Izumi was born into a Uchiha family on the fourth of November, being the second, last, and youngest of the family. She barely knew her parents, being an infant when a tragic event took both of her parents away. She grew up, still knowing very little about what happened to her parents, but looked up to her older brother Masaru for guidance. Like him, she was known for her incredibly strong chakra, which even exceeded that of Uchiha Clan standards. When she was old enough, she was enrolled into the academy, marked as a Ninjutsu prodigy, having extremely high chakra control, and manipulation over several elements. Not understanding Masaru's hatred for the Uchiha clan, slowly, his hatred rubbed off on her, but in a different manner than one would expect. Feeling this hatred coming from Masaru, at such a young age, she could only assume that someone has hurt him, and has dedicated her life to protect him. Upon her graduation, she received information about Masaru becoming Hokage, and now strives to rise through the ranks, so she can continue to be by his side, both physically and in terms of power.
