1. Why are you ruining the Gain Economic Community? Since the Flyn's Inflation the Market Place is to high priced. Many of us older gaians are very upset over this. We are not liking the factor that your inflation has cause us to all suffer in the Gaian Community horrible. Items are so high up now that I know people that are leaving Gaia because of this.
2. When are you going to fix the issues in the guilds? I run 2 guilds on Gaia and have seen tons of issues like other Guild Owners have.
a. When threads reach page 2 they vanish out of existence until we delete or move threads. What is the use of a sub-forum if you can only view one page and nothing older? I have to link all the threads in the sub-forum to an announcement for my members to see.
b. When are your going to add a multiple delete or move function to the guilds sub-forums? Moving one item at a time is not fun and takes up to much time and energy. Cleaning out a guild that you take over takes hours to weeks on end.
c. You said this past spring you were going to update the guilds why is this not done yet3. When are you going to make it where the Cash items are affordable? Look you are being really greedy at the price you are asking for intangible items. You are not WOW or a big game site that the items are worth paying more money for. You are still a small fry and paying the prices are ridiculous. Stop the greed and bring the prices down so that the poor that are the majority of your community can afford stuff. You have all these sponsors you do not need gold from the people that play as well.
4. When are you going to reward the poor and not the rich? Having shops that are only exclusive to people that spend 100$ USA or more is really inconsiderate of you. You are saying that Gaia is only for the rich and not the poor. We want Gaia for the poor back not the rich. I am not alone on this and have meet many that left here because you reward the rich and not the poor.

I am not on gaia for that I am on here to hang with others and have a service provided to me by the Gaia Company that is free of the majority of issues and that it is free to use. Unless you want to spend your cash on it.

6) We're a PHP website, not a Java website. The only game based on Java is zOMG and we don't plan to make any changes to that in the foreseeable future.
6. zOMG is one of the most love games on this site and one that many of us had been promised that the staff would update. After the new CEO came into play he abanded the games that the Community does love and interact at. Does not the CEO realize by abandoning this he has cause many people to leave Gaia to find another game sight to play on? Doing so has had to have had an impact on the sales of this site as well. Would it not make more sense to organize a team to work on zOMG and to bring it back than to let a game that brings people to Gaia die off? I am aware that in the past you say you can not find a sponsor for this game but I take if you were to propose zOMG as a game that has a second part past those barriers and part two coming out that you could gain sponsors and a team for it. Plus you could offer in the 2nd part advertising for the person or company by including their company as part of it. Or at least make a few new dungeons to play for the game for those that have beat it. This is not that much to ask of the Gaia Staff and CEO to remember those of us that zOMG was one of the reasons we became addicts of Gaia.
When there is a will there is a way and saying you do not have a Java team or can not get a sponsor for it is just a cop-out and not acceptable. There are those that would sponsor zOMG.
7. For the community members that are not big into Java and PHP codes can you please explain them to the Gaia Community? Plus can you tell the Gaia Community what the similarities are and are not between PHP and JAVA codes? Plus why you would have a JAVA game if you do not have a JAVA staff to attended it? There are many on here unlike me that do not understand the coding and what it is all about or the difference so please expand on this subject and give details and if possible sites for members to read about both and learn about both

7. We have taken a lot of strides to make accounts secure. We have secondary authentication, IP verification, warnings across the site. We, arguably, have better security than some banks. What else could you suggest to help keep accounts more secure?
8. I am fully aware of the exiting security and that on gaia when you are leaving the site. That all members have the right to turn that on in their settings (for those that were not aware of that it is in your settings to be alerted when you are leaving the site} and I do appreciate that. But my concern comes down to passwords and the factor that other than an email address that the user has no other back up to secure that they can recover their account with. I am one of many people that have gone through this horror and have lost cash items, Gaia Cash, gold, and items. My email address associated with that account has been since closed that as associated with the account. When will Gaia make it where if we lose both our email and gaia account about the same time that we can get back into Gaia and our account? Could you please make it where we have a second system in place like maybe questions that we can write and answer, a secondary account that we can elect to have passwords sent to or something on that line? I am asking for a fall back onto so that I do not have to go back through the horror of losing another account that I have invested my time and energy into or like my 1st account my real money into. I have not purchased Gaia Cash since that incident. Your staff can not even help me get back into my account so I am out of my original account cash and gold items. I am not alone we are just asking for a fall back in case our passwords are changed. Even if you could do what several sites do and send a warning to our email accounts stating somebody is trying to change our passwords and we have to click the link in our email to continue to verify that it is us and not somebody that does not have access trying to change our passwords.
Thank you for responding with the funny face. I will explain what I mean by what I mean by my original question9. I wanted to know why staff do not write back when we write them? I am fully aware that you guys are busy and so am I . I do have a real life and working on a writing a book at the same time as being here to hang with my friends. Yet I find it rude and not right that when I write them or respond back to a staff member that has wrote me that I do not get a response back. I am curious why your Mod's send out letters but do not respond back when questioned about what they are talking about? Do they even have the power to send out threats like some are getting in their boxes that if they do not stop what they are doing they will be banned from Gaia? I spoke with several that have received such threats from a Mod and they get mad and react either by not coming back on for a bit or quitting all together. So can they really send out threats to ones Private Message box like they do? If not than what should people do with these? What should we do if we receive a message from any gaia staff that might or not be a Mod and we write them back and do not get a response from to explain or tell us what we mean? Or if we are falsely accused of doing something and have not done so? What should the Gaia Community do about this? Many of us want to go through the proper channels so that we get issues resolved fast and know what to do and what not to do. So if you can tell us than we can handle the issue and send the report of being abused by a Mod or Staff member where it should be sent to be resolved.

9. We do not "hire" moderators. Moderators are volunteers that can apply at any time assuming they hit specific qualifications. We do keep an eye out for any mod abuse or reports of moderator misconduct. We also make sure to go through a thorough review process when bringing someone onto the team.
10. Volunteers than are what you are hiring for MOD positions. So than you have read and do know the laws associated with what and what can not be done with a volunteer and so forth. Do you provide the MODs with the rules and laws that are associated with being a volunteer for GAIA? I am asking because I know through the business world a volunteer can not accept payment from the compnay but I hear many of the people that are MODs boasting that you are indeed paying them with Gaia Cash, Gold, and rare or exclusive items. Is it true you are paying them for their time? I understand if you give them an item once in awhile as a thank you but in general these people say that you are paying them with Gaia Cash, Gold, and Rare and exclusive items on a weekly basis. I like to know the truth here because hearing the MODs say this is not right.
Plus can the MOD's rightfully come in and bully a person and threaten to have their account banned if they do not do what they want. I hear this from others through Gaia how MODs are abusing their power so I am concerned on how much power a MOD has and does not have. Do you have a link or something that I can share with my guilds that I run and other guilds I belong to so that I can help calm down the concerns of my guild members and friends? Or advise on how to handle a MOD that is pushing their way on a person?
11. Why haven't they turned Luck Keys into gold sink items that cost about 23K in gold?
