HERES REALY WHAT HAPPENED..Bret wanted to go to WCW he had the title with him and he was going to go with the title vince didn't want that so at survivor series Vince took the belt from Bret because he didn't want Bret to take it with him to WCW,so in otherwords yes Vince screwed Bret but Bret screwed himself...
