So we all love when Contests and Charities come around, especially when they offer big prizes such as lump sums of Gaia Gold or Items that may be hard to come by. But we need some rules for this.

Contests

+ You must have approval from a crew member in charge of Contests before you set your contest up.

+ All Contests Must have Prizes, These Prizes must be public for all members to see in the thread. Failure to actually provide said prizes to the winners when the contest closes will result in possible removal from the guild.

+ Follow all guild rules.

+ Prizes may only be Gaia items, gold, or work done by the host for the winner (Art). These contests are strictly Out of Character.

+ Contests may be bumped by crew or by the host of the contest.

+ There will be no forms of discrimination in these contests, meaning you may not deny a user to join based off personal feelings for said user.

+ Do not give your password to anyone, even if they say this is how you get your prize!

+ Follow every rule set up for that contest.

+ This is a contest, meaning its all up to chance and odds. Please do not whine or complain on the results or beg for higher rewards.


Charities

+ You must have approval from a crew member in charge of Charities before you set your charity up.

+ Post a charity about anything you'd like, be it art, Dream Avi's, Quests, or just you wanting to give things away!

+ Charities may be closed at any time by the Host.

+ Charities may only be Gaia items, gold, or work done by/for the host (art, Dream Avi, etc). These contests are strictly Out of Character.

+ There will be no forms of discrimination in these charitiess, meaning you may not deny a user to join based off personal feelings for said user.

+ Remember people are not required to do Charities, do not beg for gold or items.
