Video cameras are unaffected, but a person viewing through a live feed is. Certain mental powers can detect and penetrate this power. Bringing attention to himself will break the power.
-Able to disguise himself as someone else, but can only affect small groups at most. Certain powers can see through the disguise.
-By combining his mental extension and his disguise, he's capable of creating illusions. These are not real, but if a person believes they are they can cause psychic trauma unless the person knows without doubt they are false. It causes much greater drain on his mental reserves and can leave him drained and vulnerable if he isn't careful. Again, certain powers can see through this, or worse.
-Capable of moving far faster than normal, but rapidly drains his blood reserves and so is mostly used in bursts. His movement becomes a blur and most are unable to keep up.
-Coils of the Dragon allows him to use his blood more efficiently, to feed from even beasts, and to gain greater sustenance from feedings. He can better control his beast, and has managed to unlock a Coil to reduce the damage from fire, allowing him to heal far more easily.

In addition in the back of his mind he constantly compares the present to the past to guard against mind and memory tampering. Lastly he's able to set part of his mind side, making using his mental powers much harder, to suck in any kind of tampering.
-Ritualist, Heinrich is a master of rituals. these rituals can have nearly any affect one can think of, however the greater the affect the rarer the reagent must be. In addition to incantations in usually a dead language and magic circles of complex natures that must be exact. Possibly along with certain locations and times or events that it must be done under.
Personality: Stoic, calculating, curious, ruthless at times, honorable to a degree, dignified, and intolerant of action without purpose.
Biography: Heinrich was born in Germany in 1894 to a fairly well off family. He got a good education and trained in fencing. He later joined the army during WWI and earned a medal or two for his service. However, near the end of the war, Heinrich went missing from the battlefield and was presumed dead. They were close. He nearly died on the field of war, until a stranger appeared and offered him a second chance. He took it. And thus his Requiem began in 1918, moving to Berlin under a false name he lived as a Vampire in the Ordo Dracul. He soon found his way into the Sworn of Dying Light by presenting them with some new information, as everyone must. When the Nazi Regime rose to power, he saw an opportunity to increase his own gains within their Occult Division. He promised to give them soldiers that would never tire, starve, or disobey. Raising dead soldiers to fight on as walking corpses. They accepted and gave him whatever he wanted as he performed his research on more than just animation. Unlocking the secret, Heinrich gave them the ability to raise their dead to continue fighting. However, by the time they could put it into action the war was nearing an end and what corpse soldiers they had did little good. By the time Berlin was invaded, Heinrich was long gone with many other Nazis Officers, and escaped to the US. Upon arrival he immediately went to his fellow Dragons and presented the reanimation magics in order to achieve the title of Twilight Scholar. After furthering his own power and influence in New York, he finally came to Antares once it was finished and began to consolidate his power there. And it's here that he stayed. Gathering hidden power to keep out of the notice of the Elders, and always progressing among the Ordo Dracul.
