You Are the "I" Block
You are dominant and a bit aggressive. You tend to assert yourself into situations and just take over.
If people expect you, they are grateful for your presence. If you show up unannounced though, you tend to throw a bit of a wrench in things.
You are brilliant and competent. You always have your facts straight, and you are very persuasive.
Some people find you a bit intimidating at first, but once they get used to you, they can't imagine life without you.

You Are the "L" Block
You are creative and interesting. You are always coming up with a new spin on things.
Until people figure you out, you tend to be under appreciated. You talents usually go unnoticed at first.
You are adventurous and a total experimenter. You've tried things that people haven't even dared to contemplate.
You are always reinventing yourself in novel ways. You've gone through many different phases in your life.

You Are the "T" Block
You are very flexible and adaptable. You're able to fill almost any role or do almost any job.
You are peaceful and calm. In fact, you're so tranquil that people often forget you're around.
You prefer to leave the drama to other people. That being said, you sometimes end up cleaning up someone else's mess.
You don't mind doing the dirty work every so often. You're a true team player, and you're always happy to contribute.
