It was a rare day the sun was shining and it wasn't frying everything in sight. Since it was early afternoon, it seemed as if the area itself were asleep, with everyone snugged inside their buildings working away. Since she didn't have to be in until later herself, Solange decided it was time to spend some more time with her little ones. It wasn't often that she got to have one on one time, and the gaps between them made her miss it all the more!
So, when she'd seen the new frozen yogurt shop open a block away from the club she knew she had to take them. That and she wanted to try it out herself! It even had a little playground attached to it outside for the kids, after they were all hyped up on sugar and running rampant.
Solange flipped her hair away from her face, and held the door open for the two. "Go ahead and get whatever you want, just try not to make a mess, okay?"

Tania had been looking forward to spending time with her mother. The mew had settled herself on Tristan's head. "What is froyo?" She asked, tilting her head slightly. It was something to eat, she knew that. And it was frozen, too! She could see the freezers. "Is it good, Momma?" She asked, smiling brightly. This would be fun! Spending time with her parents always was: except when Daddy got mad at her. "Oooh, yogurt!" The shadow mew beamed, eyes zeroed in on the flavors. "Cheesecake?" She asked, puzzled. Was it cheese, or cake? Couldn't it make up its mind? She moved from her perch on Tristan's head and floated over to Solange. "Momma, I want a blue one. Help me pick?"
Tristan too, seemed curious. He grinned at Tania's questions. "Momma wouldn't have brought us if it wasn't good," he replied. He liked this! Spending time with Momma without Daddy was nice! "Momma, do they have pumpkin flavored? I want that!"

"It's frozen yogurt. Kind of like ice cream, but better for you." Unless you were like most kids and piled it sky high with Oreos, cheesecake bites, and all sorts of confectionery goodies.
Solange bi passed the flavors at first in favor of snatching three mini-buckets for the three of them. "Blue raspberry? Hmm, I think the Cotton Candy is blue too." That didn't sound half bad, actually. She gave Tristan his bucket, and nodded towards a dispenser near the end. "You're in luck! Pumpkin spice is right on the end there, next to...Seasalt Pretzel?" What kind of madman decided on that? "Oh, there's Pumpkin Pie too."
"Tania, do you want some help?" Solange held up the bucket, worried that it might be too big for the Mew's little hands.

Froyo sounded interesting. It was frozen, but it wasn't icecream? And it was good for people? And it was blue! "Oooh, cotton candy is blue?" Tania seemed thrilled at the idea. "I want that! Blue cotton candy for me!" The mew hesitated, before nodding. "Would like help, Momma. You should get something blue too! Then I can save you a bite of mine, and you can save me a bite of yours!" Then they would both have had two blue things! She would have to tell Daddy later.
Tristan went to the pumpkin spice flavor, wrinkling his nose at 'seasalt pretzel'. He liked pretzels, but he wasn't sure he'd enjoy the soft frozen variety. "Here, momma?" He asked. "What do I do now?"
