The Underworld is where ghosts go when their anchors are destroyed. Typically a cave and cavern like environment, it always goes either up or down and is never flat. The shades of the dead that reside here can be deranged, violent, or sadistic, but they are all desperate. Deep in the Underworld the Old Laws begin to take affect, and few know what those are. The Dominions in the Underworld are ruled by Kerberoi, Deathlords, who will usually only appear to punish those who break the Old Laws.
