******** wrestling cosplay for a second. This ain't about that. How is it that Brian, and Carlo talking so much s**t behind closed doors, but neither one of you have talked to me personally about anything. Is that what friends do? Like are we females now? Be forreal. We post indirect statuses? Like come on. If you want me to be more active just pm me, or ask me for my # like Brody did so when I'm needed I'm here. Don't talk s**t having never spoken to the man you're talking about in person. That makes me call your whole character in to question.

You have it a little confused there bud. I questioned the reasoning of a PPV on a Wednesday when everyone was prepared for the weekend. And while we questioned that, what did you expect us to do? Not get irritated, sure I waited the entire day logged on, logged out, logged on and nothing. Then I over read a status and we have a PPV Wednesday and it pisses me off because it was kind of misread whether we were having the PPV on well a weekend. I speaking for myself didn't talk s**t about you. I didn't say, "Davon is a big f*****t for not being online". I made no comments like that, I just talked about the PPV confusion because I took time to be here and well you weren't here all weekend to update us, not fair ya' know? I'm not outting anyone out if they said anything about you but that was just my issue.

That's the the thing, everyone is talking and irritated about my decisions, yet no one has said anything to me personally. I have to read indirect statuses, to find out that a person has a problem either with me or something I did. I've never been one for statuses I either directly pm who I have a problem with, or I just bring it up in a forum and quote them so they know what it is. No one has said s**t to me. Like who have I ever disrespected in wrestling cosplay? Come on now. You don't think this s**t is alittle foul? Like come on? Are we friends? Do we get along? When have I ever gave anyone a feeling like they can't talk to me?

Then if I might make a suggestion:

You need help with planning cards and matches, and when they occur. Obviously, people (myself included) are upset recently with how things are being run. This is coming from someone who has run his own fed before (granted, it is defunct now due to not having time to devote to it) and have seen other feds be built up and torn apart for similar reasons.

The last thread I made here was "no wonder people left" because it seems to me that people are left in the dark about when their matches are going to occur, and they are not notified ahead of time of what is going on, and due to this frustration, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that people are taking issue with you and your management style.

Now, I COULD go down a personal route and take shots at you, saying things like "you suck" or "russo could book better," but I won't because that accomplishes nothing. Not to mention as the author of the no bullshit contract (as I lovingly titled it) it seems counter-productive to go against it. But as this is a community that is open to talking about these issues, some more friendly advice.

If people are going to be twats to you about how you run things, remember that it is your guild and you can run it as you see fit. Ultimately, the decision falls on you whether or not you decide to do something. It can be the best decision in your life, or it can bite you hard in the a**, but it is your choice, and people can either accept that, or they can continue to b***h and moan until their talentless mouths drop so low that Miley Cyrus becomes jealous.

That being said, however, you also need to take input from what people are telling you. If your format isn't working for people, and if a lot of people are saying that, then perhaps it is time to reconsider how to run things. 1-day match cards seems counter-productive given how little people there are on the roster that are active, and we all have lives outside of Gaia as well, which means if we miss that day, there goes our window of opportunity to post here, causing more anger and frustration.

You wanted people to be direct with you. Here I am. I am here to save your guild, and I highly recommend you take my words to heart. That is, unless you want to drive everyone away from TNWF. I was told TNWF was the big leagues for Gaia RP wrestling.

Looking minor league on my end.

I appreciate your oppinion i really do, but like i said this has nothing to do with wrestling cosplay. I don't care about that right now. My problem right now is why people I've known for 4 or 5 years now feel like they have to resort to the female tactics, when they could simply just talk to me man to man. We can talk about improveing another day. How can you call yourself someone's friend, and not talk to them when you have something to say? I'm baffled by this s**t.

To quote a good friend of mine:

No.

One.

Cares.

No one cares if people are acting like pre-madonna preteens that have an extra ticket for a Bieber j**z-shower...so why should you? If they're acting like twats, let'em.
