Quick question if I may. Do the bloodlines belong to a single village? Or no?
For Example, I would want to make a character belonging to the Hatake Clan. However, Konohagakure is full at the moment. Could I have him in let's say Kirigakure? I roamed the guild, and since it is a vast forum setting. I had no luck in finding it.

Kyvar The Phoenix King Quick question if I may. Do the bloodlines belong to a single village? Or no?
For Example, I would want to make a character belonging to the Hatake Clan. However, Konohagakure is full at the moment. Could I have him in let's say Kirigakure? I roamed the guild, and since it is a vast forum setting. I had no luck in finding it.
There is no restriction as to where you start due to a bloodline that you choose.
