Before amnesia - Since he was eight years old, Kiyo Mikuryuu had been traveling up on the mountains, after the war had escelated to Drum Islands. Living onnthe drum like mountain tops, Kiyo had been sad and lonely his whole time there. It was the time his parents had died, as he was forced to run away. He hated the marines with a cold blooded passion. As he stayed on the mountains, he was found out soon, by a marine scout. One with a rapier. The man admitted to killing his parents, as he was about to kill Kiyo. Luckily, he was saved by a group of pirates. Ghe captain who saved him, was the infamous BlackBeard. Or Marshall D. Teach. The man saw something within Kiyo, as he smiled. The next day, he was in the Whitebeard (or blackbeard) crew the following day. Days later, he found a strange fruit in a chest, as he took a bite of it. As bad as it tasted, strange powers began to show within Kiyo. Blades were forming on his arms. Blackbeard saw this and instead of punishing Kiyo, the opposite was done. Kiyo was praised, and soon taught the ways of fighting. At the age of fourteen, Kiyo was known as the Human Guillotine. He was an executioner, and swordsman of the ship. He killed many marine officers and buccaneers who went against them. Until he then found the infamous marine commander with the rapier, they fought, but he won and threw Kiyo off the ship and out into the water. He was certain for death... And he did die.
After amnesia - As Kiyo had woken up, he had a huge scar on his chest as it was hurting badly. His head was even more fuzzy and blurry. It was hard to remember anything. It turns out that drowning had broken his memories. He thought it was temporary, but it stayed way too long for a few days. During his time on a strange island, he found out about his powers, as he used it for survival. Through his time was long on the island, he had met a small friend of his. A small blue fox with goggles named Toboe. He was able to talk, which shocked Kiyo so much. As they both worked to survive together, the two were great friends. Later, they had both built a raft as they set off. Sadly, there was a storm as they were off escaping the island. While in the middle of the sea, Kiyo nearly drowned twice, but they lived after finding land. That's when the new Kiyo's journey began.
Personality: Before kiyo lost his memories, he used to be an esteemed killer, as he was the Human Guillotine. He enjoyed killing more, as he abused his powers, for the sake of murder. He never did smile, and never cared for others.
After the amnesia kicked in, Kiyo had become the opposite of what he was. He is now a goofy, happy and strong willed pirate, who helps those in need. With his friendly partner Miku with him, they began to show the good in each other.
Likes: running, mountains, sailing, fighting, stealing, any friend he makes, and eating.
Dislikes: being stuck in a certain area for so long, being alone, having no friends, water, drowning, starving.

The Supa Supa no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that turns the user's body into steel and allows the user to turn any part of their body into a steel blade to attack opponents with, making the user a Fullbody Bladed Human (全身刃物人間, Zenshin Hamono Ningen?).
Description/moves:
- Spar Claw: The user turns the insides of their hands and fingers into blades and slashes like an animal using its claws. If they do this hard enough they can even split objects behind h their intended target.
- Arm katana: The user sharpens their forearms, as blades extends out their arms, sharp enough to be lethal like an actual katana.
- Spiral Hollow: One of the most devastating attacks, the user sprouts circular blades up and down their forearms then makes them spin, turning their forearms into mini-tiller blades that shred anything they touch. The user's fists remain unchanged during this attack. Due to the way the blades spin around Kiyo's arms, the technique resembles a drill used by excavators.
- Spar Talons: The user turns his legs sharp, as the user attacks the intended target, with razor sharp kicks. Kiyo kicks in circles, as he spins in the shape of helicopter rotors.
- Spar Break: With both arms, the user swings them both and crosses them, quick enough not be seen. This creates powerful forward horizontal slashes.
- Rapid Lance: The user turn their arms into katana blades, as they rapidly jab at the target, aiming impale the target multiple times.
