I'd like to propose that all of us who have Skype make a chat room for the guild. I've done this in multiple guilds and found that IM'ing as a group greatly improves team performance and makes things more fun.

If not, There's also a phone app called kik that allows group IM if you can get it.

Don't use skype and I refuse to use it. Later on I think that one of the gangs should want more than just territory. Maybe go over board and become the very law of the city.

If not, There's also a phone app called kik that allows group IM if you can get it. I'm never on Skype and refuse to get a kik because of the nasty perverts that harassed me the last time I had a kik. If you want to talk to the members of the guild talk to us on here.

I'd like to propose a punishment system for the guild. Pretty much stage one being an official warning, then three strikes after that. Each strike will have a certain punishment(s) and the official warning is pretty much a slap on the rest. We all know how the game goes. Three strikes and you're out. I did this because of what happened with Clumsy. She just got added to the blacklist for breaching one rule. In my opinion, the blacklist should be saved for a second strike or till after they are banned. It's a big embarrassment to have everyone see your name on there.

It will be documented by crew and remembered. Everything after this is trouble. Strike One• Restricted from the rank of Big Tommy and Front Boss. An appeal to strikes may be asked for. Strike Two• Completely barred from crew or any other mod position. Strike Three• Banned from guild. Must wait at least a month before asking to join again. Whether or not they are accepted depends on how the mods/VC/Captain vote.

It provides the embarrassment they need to not do it again but not as severe as the Black List with the including of what Set said c:

Alright I like this idea better, this is only for minor rule breaking, severe ones go on the black list, alright, I'll take her name off then
