Additional Info: I would however like her to have a plush bunny around her person who wears black rim glasses. Unlike the picture he doesn’t have to have the clothes and you can make the shape of the rabbit as simple as you want and the dress should cover the back legs so you won't see the back feet.

For what refs can't cover:
I'm not sure on his collar and chopsticks, but pretty much the palette is red, black and silver. whatever variation of that ends up looking good is fine with me. Pretty much CC whatever's not mentioned. xD
References:
[X] - Ref for vest and fedora.
[X] - Ref for the pose of the fedora. Pretty much I want it over his face, perhaps covering the eyes completely.
[X] - another example of the fedora and vest, a better sense of the feel for the character and what I mean about the position of the fedora.
[X] - First example of the face. (This is his most recent design, and the one I'd like to go with) On the noodle I'd like it to be actual metal, another example to follow xD
[X] - A better example of the face and neck, the metal plates. Yes, I'd like his eyes to glow green, if possible xD perhaps a bit more faint than this artist's rendition, but same idea.
[X] - Sideshot of the face, first example of the hands. Honestly you can make up the paws and metal bits that show, as long as they're silver and plated, go with what your comfortable with. You can also see here that his pants are just plain and black.
[X] - First full-body ref with coat. Obviously with the lights it's hard to see what's going on with color here xD Also, you don't have to do his guitar, but if it winds up with him I think I'd die of happy.
[X] - Full-body side view, normal lighting. Can see the length of the coat, the hands again, and the shoes. If the shoes just end up looking too funky, socks are just fine <3 I know shoes on noodles is very hit and miss. Probably red socks or something. *shrug* xD You can also sort of see the detail on the back of the coat. It's basically a metal spine, I'll see if I can find a better image. Doubt it'll show much on the noodle either.
[X] - Basically just for the red striping and colors for the inside of the coat.
[X] - Art is (C) Lizzie, but it's an on-going gag of the fanbase. (As you can see) Here would be what his tail should look like, or at least the outlining idea of.
[X] - Not my art, just showing the metal 'spine' on the back of his coat. Pretty much just tiny metal plates with tacks. Don't even know if this will show on the noodle xD
AND FINALLY
I could find exactly zero stills of him without his fedora. So! Here's a music video. Basically he just got the song Diamonds stuck in his head and decided to sing it, so it's silly and corny but his voice is amazing and there's parts where he's without his fedora here xD
Edits: tons.
- Fully clothed, vest, pants, fedora, and coat. If not shoes than socks.
- Metal, plated body.
- Unique tail, either no tail at all or some sort of thin, metal plated tail.
- Smaller, non-tufted ears please! Not exactly sure what'll look good, maybe cat ears or something, folded back so they hide under his hat maybe. Not sure here.
- Hair, black, short, slicked. (Or black, short, and whatever style looks good)
- His guitar, if you have the inspiration for it. If not, no worries :3
- Expression! He's a suave sonofabitch, so something that shows that personality xD
Colored lines?: whichever looks better.

Additional Info: Could I get one version of him -with- his long coat and fedora, and one without them, please? Obviously I'll pay extra.
