The North Blue is an ocean in the One Piece World. North Blue, like its sister seas, comprises almost entirely of ocean, with a few scattered islands and a border with Red Line.
To this date, the storyline has not said much about the North Blue. It is known to be the birthplace of the Straw Hat Pirates' chef, Sanji; the legendary explorer Montblanc Noland and his descendants; the Bellamy Pirates and the origins of three of the Eleven Supernovas: Trafalgar Law, Basil Hawkins, and X Drake.
The goggles that Usopp bought in Loguetown are said to be a new model from the North Blue.
