Bio:Mugita was created by Hatchiyack after the explosion that merged the hatred and cells of evil villains into a being known as Mugita 21 years ago. Right now Mugita roams the lands neutral trying to find a alignment perfect for him. well its very effective it works only when he is blow apart but if any part of his body is left behind he can regenerate off of it like buu

That also sounds like cell expect he need some kind of chip. Is there a limit to this ?
well yes he can regenerate atleast 3 times during combat but if severely injured in battle, he will have to seep away in goo like form then he gets to somewhere he can build himself up and heal somewhere that is very safe for him without no combat the goo form is like a escape form so that he may come back another day. he can regenerate endlessly outside of combat. Don't forget though if any part of him is left behind its considered him out side of combat which he can regenerate
