Chakra is used up when using jutsus that relate to chakra, ninjutsus, and genjutsus, and such, taijutsu and things that have no chakra added factor uses no chakra of any form but instead use the energy pool the person has.

Chakra and energy regeneration (regen) rate Notes: the first number before this / is the general regen rate of the character of that class section while standing still out of combat, and the second number is when when charging chakra in combat and for the energy it is while resting heavily (laying down, relaxing while sitting back not doing any work or focusing on to heavy a task compared to standing. Third number for the energy regen is for when person is walking slowly (relaxed walk, not running, not jogging, and not fast walking) and not doing heavy loads of energy work.

Regeneration rates for both are in with the Classes

Fatigue: Is when the character is low on energy, or chakra or both for that instance.

Stage 1 fatigue: Character is slower than normal and loses 1/10th of their power, chakra/energy being at 20% or lower of character max

Stage 2 fatigue: Character is slower than normal and loses 1/5th of their power, chakra/energy being at 15% or lower of character max

Stage 3 fatigue: Character is slower than normal and loses 1/2 of their power, chakra/energy being at 10% or lower of character max

Leveling up notes and start off points:
LEVEL 1 HAS NO BONUSES TO IT, LEVEL INCREASES FOR MAX START AT LEVEL 2 NOT LEVEL 1.
Health increases per level as class dictates
Energy increases per level as class dictates
Chakra increases per level as class dictates

Attributes: +2 points every level

Skills: +5 skills points to distribute every level
Skill points at lvl 1: 20
If starting higher level it is 20 + (2.5 * level) per level increase.
If starting at level 20 the character gets the level adjustment of 2.5 * (1 through 20). So 2.5 *2, 2.5 *3, 2.5*4 and so on, all added together. Adjust for the level that character starts at.

Skill point limit: 4 points at level 1
Skill point limit increases: +2.5 * level

Genin: Level 1
Chunin: level 20
Jounin level 40
Sannin: 60-80 (Must be recognized by a kage for extreme feats and be at least level 60-80)
Kage: 80 Head of the village

Experience: level *100
level 1 = 100 experience
level 2 = 200 experience
level 3 = 300 experience
level 4 = 400 experience
level 5 = 500 experience
level 6 = 600 experience
level 7 = 700 experience
level 8 = 800 experience
level 9 = 900 experience
level 10 = 1000 experience
And so on
As each you start the next level experience goes down to 0 again and must build up to the next level section.
May alter experience... its a rough work

D Rank: 10 - 30 experience
C Rank: 40 - 60 experience
B Rank: 70 - 90 experience
A Rank: 100 - 120 experience
S Rank: 130 - 150 experience
Rewards are given by what the mission details.give.

Learning jutsus:
D Rank: 10 experience
C Rank: 20 experience
B Rank: 30 experience
A Rank: 40 experience
S Rank: 50 experience

E-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 2 in chakra control, and also 2 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 2 chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 2 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 2 energy

D-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 5 in chakra control, and also 5 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 5 Chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 5 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 5 energy

C-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 10 in chakra control, and also 10 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 10 Chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 10 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 10 energy

B-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 20 in chakra control, and also 20 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 15 chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 20 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 15 energy

A-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 40 in chakra control, and also 40 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 25 chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 40 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 25 energy

S-rank
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 80 in chakra control, and also 80 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 45 chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 80 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 45 energy

S+-rank (if any are made or found)
Based off type, ninjutsu/genjutsu and so on that relate to chakra, must have at least 160 in chakra control, and also 160 in the skill trait it is connected to.

Chakra cost for gen and nin: 65 chakra

Based off taijutsu/bakijutsu and things that use no chakra in the jutsu, must have 160 points in the skill being used.

Energy for tai: 65 energy

These are for now, think numbers are to off set maybe, but yeah this is so far.


Any maintained jutsus, tack on 1 extra chakra for E-D rank, 3 extra chakra for C-B rank, 6 extra chakra for A-S rank, 12 extra chakra for S+ rank jutsus this is per post that you add on the extra chakra to minus your pool available
