If it uses ammo how much: The air cartridges and nets take 2 ammo slots
Limits: Nope
Skill description: It can be placed in the wrist of a gauntlet/Bionic Arm or the shoulder, Must be Mechanist made armor or bionic replacement. It will fire a net up to 20 ft, but it loses power over distance. It takes a post to reload the spent air cartridge and the net. the cartridges are refillable and unless the nets are damaged they too can be used again.
Costs E ranked energy to activate and the nets can be changed but I'll make custom tech requests when that comes.

Description: I fires a net life a pop gun using air pressure. The has small weights around the edges and a rope attached to reel in the captured thing. It is a pretty much a tube with a knob on it to pumped the air pressure and a reel on the top. Also a trigger on the bottom.

Description: He took apart a walkie got from someone earlier And use that as a basis to make a hands-free one, one that was stronger and better. He made it into a headset that went over the eyes also which would also account for a HUD. There is also infrared and night vision. This radio works excellent within the city there is a no dead spots is a rare occasion when someone can hear another one while there are out of the city. There will be a few people with anything of this like that he will be making and giving to.

VI: It follows all orders, it can also give suggestions and yell out warnings by using a combat analysis scanner it also uses this to acquire new targets in combat based on high to low risk, if it is high risk it needs Devrin's permission to go through with it.
Add-ons: HUD, Infrared scanner, Hidden blades, and Striker XIV.
Using stalker rounds.
He is technically an assassin or samurai like...
Not to copy wulf but it costs c rank energy to have on, mostly in combat, this cost goes for every post in combat. (It's energy)
