Hello, all! I was thinkng we could create a joint art shop (just like we did last year), and before an art forum is made, we can just post our interest in doing art/participating in an art shop. Before we get to business, my name is Para and I am in love with both traditional and digital art. I am self taught and have spent my childhood doodling in notebooks (which means my sketches and monochrome drawings are good, but I can't color). My favorite traditional media are the pencil, watercolor, and Copic markers, and I draw also with Photoshop. I won't be doing much traditional this year, though, 'cause I'm in college and didn't bring anything except my tablet. If you're free (and if you're not, that's totally understandable), then maybe you could join - but only if you want to! There's no pressure. It's just good to know who is an artist in this guild (I'm sure you saw in the last guild there were artist threads). Graphics are always in high demand!! Maybe I'll need you to make graphics for the art shop later....???? Also, I guess I should post my samples, too... I'll do that in the first post.

Things to post here: Interest (if you're an artist) Potential themes Ideas and suggestions (in general) Art stuff hmmmm i am interested in cats, coffee, cookies, basically sweets... cats and fluffy things. cuz you know liking these things is super manly =D. hmmm potential themes coffee shop? probly overdone =/ i suggest not listening to me too intently because i tend to ramble about random unimportant things... mmm art stuff i'll needa fill out slowly... most of my art crap is pretty scattered. for now i have cookie jars that is in my sig and things in the art arena. errrr everything in photo bucket but thats quite disorganized and messy but it has everything... then my journal which has works in progress [ 1 ] [ 2 ] *goes to get links*

Hey, I remember you and your awesome cookie jars! heart A coffee shop would be cool (I've always wanted to work in a coffee shop/patisserie), definitely, but perhaps that's thinking a little /too/ far ahead. omg your chibis are adorbs and I like your coloring! heart Not mediocre at all. We do constructive criticism here, not insults. It's nice to meet you!

Hi! I'm new here, so I guess I'm just expressing some interest? Um, I do avatar/OC art c: I can also do animated things and the occasional banner. I only have a few things uploaded on my photobucket though, the rest is dotted about different websites, so I don't have it all... I also do a lot of TV themed artwork, like gijinka's and SHSL characters 9v9

Interest (if you're an artist) -- I haven't done avatar/oc art in like forevers, so I'll make some new samples soon. I was mostly doing flat color then, but I've gotten a lot better about shading since. I'd be interested in participating with a joint shop where someone else runs it and all I have to do is produce art. I never have time to actually run an art shop, even a freebie one.

Here is my Gallery Interested more in drawing and possibly adoptable bases. That kind of stuff. ;P Since the theme of the ball is Zodiac, we could go along with something like that.
