Men and Women
People say I'm:
Boisterous and obnoxiously flamboyant, the headmaster of the academy always seems just a little bit more energetic than most. A manipulator who twists words and sights into what he wants, he often times seems delusional. He shows his affection in the wrong place at the wrong time, and is often childish. Behind that crooked smile lies something sinister; dark and twisted that only the brightest of personalities could mask. Both a masochist and a sadist, the suffering of others does nothing but amuse him. Rhys loves nothing more than annoying others, and if it's with his cheery façade, so it shall be. His past is his own, all five hundred years of it, and he's yet to give away one thing about his personal life.
But they don't know me:
There seems to be no record of Rhys Eberun; no family, no place of living, there is nothing on the man. What is known is that five years ago he came to the government with an idea to change the world. An academy centered around the rehabilitation of the world's most violent youth, and he knew the exact place where to place it. An old town, long abandoned and in horrible condition. A few miles away was an even older church, barely a pile of rubble. Five hundred years ago it had been burned to the ground, killing all inside of it. One victim in particular was a twenty-one year old man being held captive for fear that he had been possessed by a demon. The next night the town had been attacked by an unknown force and killed hundreds. The few survivors left eagerly packed up and abandoned their town.
Reconstruction began and fast forward five years, Rhys is now the headmaster of his dream school. He watches over both faculty and students and considers each and every last one of them apart of his family. A large, dysfunctional, violent family.
Devil's Brewery
Nitemares:
Everyone fears something, no matter how much they may deny it. By tapping into the mind, Rhys can project one's worse nightmare. It affects no one but his opponent and although these nightmares can not actually hurt them, they cause mental pain and make a person believe they're being hurt. It takes immense concentration to keep up these nightmares and they only last ten minutes. Not to mention the fact that it takes time to get into the mind and form the nightmare.
Shadow Puppets:
Using any and all shadows, his including, Rhys can create monsters. Nearly invincible, these monsters have near to no weaknesses save for direct and powerful sunlight. The pain they cause is all physical. Rhys himself however, must remain away from the sun's rays and whilst using this ability, finds himself incapable of moving. He is easily susceptible to any and all attacks.
No Pain No Gain:
Rhys benefits from pain greatly, and has a high tolerance for it; one reason why he enjoys it so much. Although his body is physically weakened, his two other powers and natural abilities are boosted greatly. The real question is, how much pain is he given? If it's enough, it will knock him unconscious and thus ultimately defeating both the ability and him.
