Cassandra walked through the city, looking at the various shops that existed along the side of the main road. Of course, she currently didn't have any money, but she wanted to at least get an idea of what was there. Typical "essentials" weren't much of an issue for the woman as she grew up with the knowledge of how to hunt and gather for food and animal hide, so she was more looking for things she couldn't normally acquire: tools, magic, potions, etc. She passed by a certain store that seemed to specialize in rather expensive items, but she spotted something out of the corner of her eye that made her stop in her tracks and take a few steps backwards to get another look.

There were other words on the sign, but Cass didn't particularly care. "Free is always good," she said to herself as she headed inside. The shop seemed to have a number of people already checking out the sale and she hoped that all the good stuff hadn't been taken yet. She spoke with the shop owner momentarily to check what was included in the free bundle. Two low-level potions, a special pouch to seal something called a 'Breed', fifty coins, and a fairly low-level summon scroll. The two potions were tucked into her storage pouches, the coins went into her coin purse, and the special pouch was strung onto her belt. "Now for that summon scroll..." she muttered as she went over to where the selected scrolls were located.

After much deliberation, she decided on the scroll for the Dark/Thunder elemental 'dragon': she thought the Thunder element would complement her abilities well and the illustration on the scroll made it look...well...pretty darn cool. The scroll was carefully tucked into another pouch, everything kept relatively separate. She thought about what she'd do with her new money, but she wasn't entirely sure. Perhaps she'd take some time to see what else the store had for sale...

No walked into the shop, looking around with interest at all the items. He had heard there was free stuff for a limited time and hoped that he would be able to be granted those items. Either way he would explore the shop for the time being, making a mental note of what they had just in case he decided to come back another day and pick something out then. He had to make sure first with the shop owner that what he was getting was infact free, if would have been a shame if he took what was offered to find later he had really stolen them. When his suspicion was put to rest, Noa nodded his head as he blank gaze searched for the items he was promised.

With the gold he decided to try his luck with the random draw, it may be fruitful, if not then whatever he gathered could always be used later on for something else.

A mysterious figure entered the item shop and went directly to the counter. "I will purchase the Life Link and Life Essence scrolls, if you please," she said, and set down a clinking bag of coins.

She collected her purchases and left, as abruptly as she'd arrived.
