Name: Persinette
Nature: Distress
Appearance: A giant tower kept in a perpetual state of collapse, but it never completely crumbles. The Witch's real form hides at the topmost floor -- a tiny bell-shaped creature with spindly limbs that is always creating a noise.
Barrier: A maze of dark, dripping alleyways, with nondescript buildings on both sides. The 'sky' is a mirror of the labyrinth. They lead to nowhere and randomly compress or expand. The buildings are also always taller than the Witch. The Witch herself barely fits within the alleys, struggling to move and causing it to drop more bricks.
Barrier Location: Unknown
Minions:
Petit - The small girlish dolls that run around the base of the collapsing tower. Around their necks are little bells that ring with the tiniest movement. Their purpose is to get crushed by the falling bricks. The Witch hates them for their endless giggling and wide grins.
Description:
The Tower Witch. Her nature is distress. She is cowardly and thus hides within her tower, which is always collapsing because of her suffering. She has immense fear of magical girls and will always try to run away from them within her Barrier.

Notes:
* A weak witch, but her barrier may become extremely large and confusing.
* Its only form of offense is the constantly dropping masonry. However, it is capable of rapidly rebuilding itself to protect the Witch's real form within.
* Upon death the tower reconstructs itself into a beautiful bell tower for a split-second, tolling loudly once before crumbling into dust.

Former Magical Girl:
* A girl of mediocre magical ability. She often lost to other magical girls in hunting Grief Seeds, causing her to become anxious and unsure of herself. She became mistrustful of other Puella Magi because of this. When her distress reached breaking point after yet another failed hunt, she became a Witch herself in a deserted alleyway.
* She was Puella Magi for only a month.
* Her wish was to help her brother, who graduated as an architect, to find a job to feed the family.
