Kartwright tries to grab on to the hand rail that surround the sides of the steps to hold himself still from the the toss! He would then aim to kick the back of Jarel's legs to trip him up and make him fall on to the steps!

Jarel is caught with a kick but a single kick to the leg to a relatively fresh Dragon is not enough to take him down. as such, the Dragon retaliates by attempting to shove kartwright's head into the railing

The Kings head bounces of the rail with a thud, the steel rattling from the impact! Kartwright groggily wobbles around on the steps as he slowly walks down them!

Jarel slaps his leg a few times before going after Kartwright, attempting to catch him around the head and guide the champion back to the ringside area. Once they reach the barricade, he'd attempt to toss the King over it to the ringside area
