Message: This message goes out to all Captains of the Gotei 13. Due to the nature of recent events Security has been increased In the research tower. Also as such I shall be expecting any Captains or Lieutenants with any resources of research nature in their possession to have such items/persons brought to My office immediately for study...... that is all.

Attention Ranking members of the Seretei. This is Captain of Research and Development, Voldo Hiabara. The quarantine around squad 2 is now lifted. Damages are extensive. You are now all requested to drop all current Projects and Report to My office in squad Twelve for an emergency meeting. I apologize for the inconvenience but i do not have the time to make a presentation later.

The Healing devision Captain will be required for healing in my office as one of my Guests in severely injured and he is labeled a flight risk please bring what ever equipment you deem necessary security will be waved for you.
