So I went shopping, and on the way, I saw several cars whose windows were scrolled down with music blasting out, so here's my theory on them:
01. They have bad hearing
02. They may have a sore back, and needed the music to make the car (seat) shake and massage their backs
03. They are want to share their music to others so they won't have to waste their car batteries (just a guess :'D)
