To Own a Shop
In order to own a shop you must complete all of the following:
1. Create a character profile entitling it with your characters name and Shop owner as a sticky.
2. Wait for your profile to be looked by a Guild Captain (Your profile title will have "Reviewed" in the title)
3. While you wait for that read over the rest of this page for Shop Rules and anything else you may need to know.
4. Complete a Shop request posting it in the requests subforum and quoting the designated Guild Captain (Can be found under the Q/A forum "Who to ask about what" or in the Requests "Request types & forms")
5. Wait for request to be Approved or Denied (Should be within 24 hours)
6. Make any changes that could/were asked of you
7. Get final approval
8. Create shop under the Daigon Alley subforum.
If Your Request is Denied
۩ You may ask why it was denied
۩ For a second consideration
۩ Or send a new request for a different type of Shop
۩ We will only take 3 requests from one person for one specific character and a total of 9 requests from one person meaning you may have up to three shop owners, however these will be all the characters you may have.
Owning a Shop
Once you have been Approved to own a shop you will need to do the following.
1. Create a post under the Daigon Alley subforum with the title of your Shop name and either "U/C" or "Needs Reviewed".
2. Follow the below template (there is creative freedom but please make sure to have everything that is in the template in your first post.)
3. Let a Guild Captain know that you have finished creating your shop so they can review it. Once they have they will either add "Approved" or "Needs Changes" to the title.
4. Make any changes if any were asked of you. adding to the title "Edited" or "Changed added"
5. If no changes were needed add "Open" to the title of your shop, unless of course you are closed for the day/night.
Rules for Owning a Shop

۩ Keep your shop up to date with sales, specials, events (must fill out a request to hold an event) or something of the sort.
۩ Make sure to state whether or not our shop is "Open" or "Closed"
۩ If you aren't going to be on for a while please inform a Guild Captain and "Close" you shop. Make sure to inform a Guild Captain when you are back.
۩ If you would like for a student or professor to work at your shop please inform a Guild Captain and have the possible employee do the same.
۩ If any of the above rules are broken you shop could be closed so be vigilant.

Going Out of Business
If you find that owning a shop is too much work follow these steps to Go Out of Business.
1. Fill out a Going Out of Business request under the Request Types & Forms page posting it under the requests Subforum with the title "Going Out of Business" and your Shop name.
2. Wait for your request to be Approved or Denied. Most likely you will be asked if you are completely sure you want to completely close your shop for good by a Guild Captain.
3. Your shop will than be moved to the "Out of Business" thread on the main forum page.
If you ever wish to pen your shop back up you will need to send a new Shop request form, but make sure to stated that your shop went out of Business.

Shops can be transferred to other people, however whoever would be assuming ownership of the shop must have an approved none student.
To transfer ownership you must do the following
1. The owner and whoever will be assuming ownership must fill out an Shop Ownership Transfer request found under the requests subforum in the "Request Types & Forms" thread.

3. If your request if denied you may ask for a second look though it does not grantee it will be approved.

۩ The owner didn't follow the Shop Rules stated above.
۩ The Shop hasn't been updated or had any customers in over two weeks.
۩ Students or Professor employees aren't attending classes because they are working/ at the shop instead.
