The black as night zeplyn, with a white spade on each side can be seen in the skies near the CA HQ. The SS Storm Cloud Ace's mobile base of operations. On the balloon itelf bristles quite a few different guns to repel anybody foolish enough to lead an attack on it as well as a few engines to of course propel to monster. Within it, it is part office building part military base and also a weapons manufacturing plant. Capable of launching air craft at one moment, and tanks in another. There are two main ways on from the ground. A hatch that opens near the rear to allow in helicopters and visiting air craft. And the basket which will lower down a escalating ladder for guests. Both entrances have one open passageway leading to the welcoming room.

Within this room are couches, a small open bar, a fire place and a TV. There are two doors leading to stairs going up higher into the balloon. But both require a security clearence none but the crew have. Ace though only expects the occasional arms buyer or someone with business at all to ever come up, but he doesn't mind the occasional visitor, he just prefers they have a purpose.

Rules to the Storm Cloud.
1) I'm a three year Gaian veteran if you think you know the rules and start quoting them to me. I will tell you their loopholes. So don't try it.

2) Thus I reserve the right to flame. It's a past time of mine and usually it's well deserved if I do so.

3) I understand this is a guild of people who are all on the same side, none the less the only available room in the storm cloud unless I invite you elsewhere is the welcome room.

4) Don't try breaking in using magic, the ship is more then protected against it. Scratch that, just don't try to break in at all.

5) This is in a sense my mobile home. Thus a home. Do at least be curtious of that to an extent.

Rave appears leaning against the wall," wow..its look nice." she softy spoke scanning the room.

Rave laughs," with my ninja powers," she walks over to her," well just cheecking out new places, but must go.." with that she disappears.

(Nice pad, I maybe visiting often in a while, especially to manufacture some weapon ideas) *oceane sees the air base and flies around it to look at the outside. After getting a glance he flies back toward the water to rest his body*

Ace walked into the room and chukled, "Well I think I'll have to turn this into a little more permanent for guests." He went over to a wall, tapped it and a panel opened up, pusing a button the zeplyn dropped a little closer to the ground and lowered it's ladder.

"It's a neat trick is it not?" He chukled and took a seat on one of the couches.

A single door opened at the top, leading to a small elevator that would lead him to the weapons facility.
