Niara wasn't sure what to think of Iris's reaction. She actually sounded like she was mad at her. But Niara wasn't sure what she was mad about. She freaked out when she saw Niara in bed with Marco. Was she upset about some arrangement? But then there was the paper. Maybe... No, she couldn't be. Why would Iris be upset about something like that when they were all together. When they stopped in the halls, Niara turned to face Iris, though her head was still down and turned away a bit, nervous and even a little scared of the way Iris looked, looking like she didn't want to talk. Mitus stood beside her while Loki watched from behind.
After a moment of thinking of what to say, she couldn't think of anything. What was she supposed to say? Iris... I... I don't know what's going on... This... She was having a really difficult time trying to figure out what to say. She hadn't been in this kind of situation before. Mitus could tell she was worried and stressed about the issue, but kept silent about it. He would only intervene if he needed to.
Iris walked in front of Niara, not wanting to look at the girl. She hardly wanted to even talk to the girl. Yet here she was about to talk to Niara. Iris sighed as the hallway was empty since others were either in class or away eating or in their rooms. When they stopped, Iris was leaning against the wall and Niara stood near the lockers.
Iris looked at Niara with folded arms. Niara was finally starting to talk but she was fumbling with her words. Iris didn't want to talk long as she decided to say something. "Look Niara...You wanted to talk to me, talk then."
Iris turned her head, clenching her fists. "Not that what you say will change anything. You betrayed me Niara. You slept with Marco... You knew I liked him. You knew I was dating him and you still... You still..."
Iris was just getting herself upset more and more with each word she said. "I trusted you. I thought you were my friend. What this was a joke to you...and Marco. Were you two dating before I dated him and thought 'hey let's play around with Iris' feeling and get a good laugh out of it. Huh?"
Iris started as Niara tried to find the words to talk with Iris. But listening to her, Niara realized that she really didn't believe them all to be together as they were. But that made no sense! How could she forget that? But Iris continued, Niara lowering her head little by little until she face almost facing the ground, tears in her eyes. As Iris shouted, Niara winced a little, sniffling a little as she was confused at Iris's anger. Mitus placed his hand on Niara's shoulder, trying to keep her calm. Loki only watched, not sure what he was going to do now. But Niara only stood silently as Iris finished. She didn't know what she was going to say anymore. She tried hard to say something, to find the words, but failed. Iris... I don't understand... This isn't...
The way Iris spoke to Niara, she was sure Iris wouldn't believe her. She even said so herself. And if she was acting like this to her best friend, what would she do if she saw Marco or if he tried to talk to her? Things were spiraling out of control and she didn't know why. She wanted to tell her why she thought she was acting so strange. By Iris won't believe her. But Niara still tried to find the words to say to Iris. She wanted to tell her what was going on between the three of them.
Mitus, however, had his own words in his head. He couldn't dare say them, but he was confused by it as well. When they found Spheal to find Iris in Jason's room so early, why was Iris giving Niara a hard time about it? Wasn't she doing the same thing with another boy? He looked to Iris, starting to wonder if Angel or even Ellie was watching this...
Iris glared at Niara as the girl sniffled and winced at her words. She said that she didn't understand. The way that she looked at Iris. This innocent shy look. The look of hurt that Iris' words. It was making her angrier.
Ellie was the only one of Iris' pokemon that were out of their pokeballs. She watched the scene with downcast eyes. If anyone was looking at her, they would see the guilt all over her face.
Iris was going tired at looking at Niara's expression. Mostly because it was making her feel pain as well but why should she fell like this? Like she was the problem. She was the victim. She was the one betrayed. Not Niara! She was!"
Iris stepped forward quickly, pushing Niara against the locker. It wasn't rough but she wanted Niara to know how serious she was. "Don't give me that innocent shy hurt lilpup routine. I mean why are you even talking me? Shouldn't you be with Marco? You win. You got him. He chose you.... He chose the girl that he always wanted. The one from the start."
Her speech started to slow as she put down her head. "I was just the fill in. And now I'm the joke and the punchline. So...why don't you laugh... Isn't it funny?"
Niara could only listen as Iris continued, not liking Niara's physical reaction of almost being afraid of Iris's words. It was then she felt herself being pushed into the locker, looking up at Iris, now in fear, as she started talking like it was a game Marco and Niara were playing with Iris. But it wasn't. Mitus was too stunned and confused by Iris's move to react, not sure what to think of it. This couldn't have been the same Iris they knew. And as Mitus looked to see Ellie, wondering why she looked so upset, even... Guilty?
As Iris finished, Niara looked up to Iris, tears falling from her eyes, starting to feel scared of Iris now while still looking incredibly confused and lost. But Iris... We didn't... We could never do that... Why... Are you acting like this? She hoped Iris would remember. By Niara just couldn't figure out how to say it. She obviously couldn't remember it anymore. But why was she doing this? After everything Iris had done for her, why would she suddenly be so hostile about something they've always known about?
Iris looked at Niara, the girl that had tears in her eyes. Hey eyes...Why was she crying. Why was she cry?! Why was she looking so confused and lost. Was there something that Iris was missing here. She listened as Niara seem to try and explain that her and Marco wouldn't do what she was accusing them of doing and then asked her why she was acting like this. Hearing those words made her clench her fist as she looked at Niara's teared filled eyes through her angered hazel ones.
"We didn't..We could never...." Iris repeated as she leaned in closer, her height not getting to her now."Oh but you did...You and him! And I fell for it. I thought you cared and I think he cared about me but I was wrong." She said to Niara. "And why am I acting like this.... I'm not acting.."
Iris grabbed Niara by her collar. "This is me upset that my best friend decided to slept my boyfriend... Or maybe I'm upset that the guy I really liked and cared about had a girlfriend already and decided to toy my feelings and use me. Which is it?!"
Iris looked at Niara, as tears started to fill up her eyes. Her other hand was shaking. She wanted to hit Niara...Make her feel even remotely the hurt that she was feeling. She was justified in that wasn't she? Yea she was wasn't she... Iris clenched Niara's collar tighter until she really looked at Niara. Her hand stopped shaking as it came out of the fist and relaxed. Even the one that was holding onto Niara relaxed.
The thought of hurting Niara hurt her more the longer she thought about it and the closer she was to doing it. Despite what she believed that Niara did, something was telling her that she couldn't touch Niara in such a way. She couldn't bring herself to hit Niara. She couldn't hurt the other no matter how much she was hurt.She couldn't stand to see Niara with tears in her eyes. Iris didn't even know why she felt this.
Iris dropped her hand to the side. She let go a breath. "Please Niara...Just go..I don't wanna hurt you..." She held her hands together tightly. "Please..."
Ellie looked to Niara. I'll explain it to you and Marco at later time...I think it's best you give her space....
The way Iris held onto her collar was frightening to Niara. Whatever was going on, Niara had no idea. But the tears kept coming. She only repeated her words to her, explaining how she felt hurt and betrayed by finding Niara with Marco. Niara was afraid of what Iris might do. But then Iris released her, Niara leaning against the lockers until Mitus came over to make sure she was alright. After hearing Ellie's words in her head, Niara and Mitus quickly made their way out, though Loki watched rather disheartedly, whimpering a little before taking off in another direction. He wasn't letting things end like this.
As Niara left, she was too distracted with what had just happened to notice Loki. Mitus was busy trying to keep her calm but Niara was already starting to run off. She wasn't too sure where to go, though. Marco was probably busy and she didn't want to bother anyone else right now. She had to find a quiet place to be alone. Maybe the rooftops? Or perhaps the gardens? She just let her feet go, Mitus staying close behind.
Iris was still when Niara finally walked away from her. With a heaved and sad sigh, Iris slumped down onto the ground. Her head and upper body leaned against the locker. She let out a heavy sob as she banged her fist against the locker. In case, others were appearing, Iris got up from the kneeling position and wiped her eyes. She didn't want to make a scene. She especially didn't want any pity or people asking what was wrong with her. Even now, she knew that if someone said something, Marco would look like the bad guy from their last argument. Granted he was at fault this time but not in the same way as before.
She started the slow walk back to her room. She had to get ready for Coordination. "I have to put on my dress...I have to do my hair..I have to..." She said to herself as she walked down the hallway.
She sniffled as she wiping her arms around herself. "Forget...just forget about it..."
Ellie followed behind Iris. Seeing her like this... it was more than she could take. She needed to do something about this. She needed help.

Tojuro was away for almost a month for, well problems. Now he had a little health problem, nothing major really. But thanks to it his parents pretty much forced him out of the school to come back home and visit their family doctor. In that time tojuro found himself extremely bored. Some say bored to tears at times.
To pretty much kill time here and there. He took up drawing. Mainly because he was confided to a bed in the hospital with very little to do. He couldn't even have his pokemon with him in the building. But over the twenty-eight days he sketch every person he met. Hana, Iris, Vern, Devin, Azrael, Jones, Athena, Niara, Marco, Nara, and of course... Jason... Even though he didn't like to sketch him from memory so he made sure it was a cruddy drawing.
As he returned to school with pretty much how he left, no goodbyes and no greeting. Hopefully no one noticed he was gone to begin with. But it was twenty-eight days, chances were that someone at least knew.
As he walk threw out the hallways he found the lockers of his friends. He gave a soft smile when he look at verns locker. He look around and found iris locker and proceeded to look, well every where just in case.
He pulled out a bobby pin and began to fiddle with it and slowly slid it inside vern locker. When he herd a click. He smiled happily as he opened up verns locker and quickly pulled out a green bracelet and placed it some where he hopefully notice. Silently closing the locker door and walking towards iris locker.
He proceeded to pick the lock of iris lock next till he herd a clicking noise. Every now again he would look left and right to hopefully not being watch by someone. Mainly the teachers. As he slid open the door he placed the second green bracelet in her locker. He slowly pulled out a folded piece of paper and placed it under the green bracelet. Once that was done he closed the locker door and made sure that both lockers were... Well locked.
He casually walk down the hall and out the building to his dorms. Hoping no one saw him picking locks or else he could of gotten in huge trouble.
