1. No stealing or removing. This is obvious, as it is against Gaia's ToS. I, or any other artist catch you, you will be reported. No questions asked.
2. Use your manners. If something doesn't turn out right, just politely tell your artist. Otherwise, they probably won't fix it. Also, they're more likely to do a good job on your order if you ask nicely.
3. Prices are negotiable. We have specials and a point system. Don't abuse them.
4. Don't get all upset if an artist refuses your order. They can do that. Ask someone else.
5. Please be patient. Understand that the artists have lives and that means that your order may not be at the top of their list of things to get done. You can try bribing them, but understand that real life comes first.
6. Be specific when ordering. This is key to making sure that you get what you want.
7. Save the graphics you're made to your own Photobucket or other sort of place like it. This way you know that you have it.
8. You must start the trade once the artist accepts your order. If you do not start the trade within three days of ordering, your order will be denied. The artist will accept the trade once they have finished work.
9. Send a PM to Violet the Maestro if you wish to affiliate.
