Body build: Well built; you ever see those guys in high school blessed with a metabolism that lets them eat whatever they want and actually turns all those calories into bulging muscles? That's Cameron's body.
Talents: Accuracy, good at barbequing.
Flaws/Disabilities: Easily distracted, looses all logic and sense when he's seen enough blood.

Secrets: He's a necrophiliac, meaning he's into dead bodies. Along with that, he's a serial killer.
Powers: Unlimited Ammo - Self-explanatory; Cameron is equipped with one handgun, and he channels his powers into it to give him unlimited ammo. Doesn't work on other guns, however.
Regeneration - Nothing too amazing; if he get a few bullet wounds then he's not going to die from it - 'course, he'll still be in tons of pain! When vital organs are destroyed, he can fix them, but it takes from a week to a month for them to heal, and all the while he'll have to be bedridden because the slightest movement would tear apart his healing work.

Fears: Having the people he cares about die in front of him because of him.
Personality: Friendly, goofy, and nice. Cameron is very approachable, and he loves to mess with people to watch them freak out for entertainment. When he sees blood or death, however, he becomes psychotic and bloodthirsty and is very dangerous to be around.
Bio: It's still a fuzzy memory, but Cameron joined the Force as soon as he could, eager to keep the world a safe place and make his parents proud. During his first week, he got a call concerning what sounded like domestic violence. When he arrived at the scene, he was startled to see a scrawny man holding a bloody knife with his freshly killed wife on the floor. Still crazed, the man turned and charged for the shaken Cameron.
POW!
When the other officers arrived, they saw Cameron shakily holding a smoking gun and the man on the ground, dead. They figured that something traumatic like that would take time to work out, so they gave Cameron the week off to get his mind together. In his hiatus, Cameron began to replay over and over that gruesome scene. The blood that colored the house, the sight of the bullet going through the man's chest, even the surprised yet still viscous look in the man's eyes when his life was taken. It was... addicting. Cameron began to realize that the shaking he had during that time wasn't from fright, but from excitement. He wanted more of it, he needed more of it.
So that was how Cameron became a serial killer. He was good at it, too. Because he was an officer, and with special connections, he was able to cover his tracks. He killed up to two people a week, and he loved it so dearly. He remembered one that tried to fight back when he shot them, and things blacked out at that moment, but he sure it didn't mean anything.
In the middle of his gory rampage, though, he caught wind of someone trying to hurt his dad and immediately hurried to the school he was at to stop whoever it was. And hey, maybe he'll find some victims here, too!
