How Squad Four is organized is Squad Four itself is divided into 3 different Branches.
First Branch- The first branch is home to the "Core Relief Division". When someone is placed within this branch it means they specialize in medical activities and are amongst the strongest of Soul Reapers in Squad Four. This Branch works within The Hospital and The Medical Tents. This relief team is headed by Oleander Kagemiya himself.
The Second main branch of Squad Four is the "Advanced Relief Teams" These teams are created from members who are strong powered and strong willed all through out Squad Four. The members put into this Branch do not have a proper base, they report to Oleander only. There are five ranked "Advanced Relief Teams" ranked 1-5. The lower the number on the ranked team, the stronger the Soul Reapers. Each of these Teams are lead by a leader who is in the higher positions and spots within Squad Four. It is said in dire situations Oleander gathers the leaders together to form "Advanced Relief Team 0" in which Oleander acts as leader.
The third and last branch of Squad Four is known as the Organization Branch. This branch deals with all of the supplies and janitorial duties throughout the Soul Society. The Soul Reapers that are placed within this branch are the not so strong but the book smart medical students. This branch is also the ones who work the desk and do the paper work throughout Squad Four
