Deep beneath the sea lies an ancient, magical city. It was once a brilliant kingdom that housed some of the worlds strongest Mages. Then a horrible incident occurred that caused them to drag down the great city beneath the waves to save themselves. Now it is lost and forgotten, a once powerful city lying dormant, waiting for its chance to rise from the depths. The city still holds magical power to it, for it has a barrier around it that pushes water away and allowing oxygen to generate within. If you visit, take heed. There is a terrible power within this lost kingdom that may have been the cause of its sinking. The city is empty, for the old inhabitants died off, but there are still powerful sea creatures that now call this place their home. And they don't take kindly to trespassers.

They sped deep underwater until he saw a light down further, one that radiated unnatural, and yet natural, power. Once past the coral and got closer to the light, Curtis saw a beautiful city deep within the ocean floor. It was surrounded by a magical dome that seemed to allow air within. He felt his friend steer their bubble to the top of the stair way that was leading to the kingdom. They landed and the field let off. Curtis took a breath in and found that he was right, the magic dome allowed them to breath down here. He looked up and was amazed by the ocean above them as creatures of all shapes and sizes swam by with no care to the large city below the waves. He smiled and looked at Zihark, "Well, that was breath taking. But then again we are not here to idolize this place, we are here for what is within." He then pulled out the book that was handed back to him, "Which is the same reason why I like this particular author, but then again we all have different tastes." He took a few steps forward with his hands in his pockets, "If I am not mistaken, due to the largeness of this kingdom, there is a strong chance that your column fell somewhere down here, The only problem is where... You wouldn't happen to have an estimate on where that could be would you?"И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N number of paragraphs: 21

'Force Specialist' Ratheonous
Diamond Serenity HP: 3400/3400 Mano: 375/400 Spells: First list Second list C rank: Clasp :Active Shield: Ready B rank: P&P: Ready Ring: Ready A rank: Barrier: Active/ (3) Dome: Active/Ready ╔════════════════╬════════════════╗ • Ratheonous sent his bubble beneath the waves above. Slowly he descended him and his comrade into the darkness of the ocean. At first he didn't see anything. Of course the deep they went the darker it became. Then something caught his eye. A light in the distance. Out of curiosity he moved the barrier in that general direction. Soon he realized what it was. The sunken city that Curtis spoke of before. It had a barrier around that protected the buildings. Instantly Zihark could tell much about the magic just from looking at it. It was a barrier only meant to keep out ocean water and that was it. Meaning it wouldn't stop them from proceeding into the ruins. The man took a direct course to the city and went through the barrier with ease. As they landed on stable ground Ratheonous released his barrier allowing them to move around. Instantly he began to look around the place. The fact that this place existed was incredible. Although a lot of things seemed torn to shreds the place wasn't in that bad of condition. Everything seemed to be good enough to touch without it falling to pieces. This place wasn't known to much about either. After all it was a city at the bottom of the ocean for heavens sake. Not many people tread down here in these parts. Even the magic was pretty advanced considering the barrier that surround the place. Although the concept of a barrier that only repels water may sound simple, it was far from it. He of all people would know. Many of his own spells were barriers after all. "No clue." Ratheonous responded to Curtis. With a shrug he continued, "I am just surprised this place even exists." Usually Balfour was good with his mathematics. If he said there was a likely chance that something would happen, most of the time it would happen. Going off that thought meant that his column was most likely around this sunken city. They would have to search high and low for such a thing though. "It is not like the column would just show itself to us. We have to look for..." He stopped mid sentence. Hearing foot steps he turned towards the sound. A group of aquatic fish looking beings were going about some business. They were apparently the residents to this place. They were holding something above their heads. That object would be the very weapon they were looking for. With a sigh he continued, "...or it could just show up in the hands of locals." The residents ran off with the weapon going into what looked to be a temple of sorts. "Now we just have to kindly get it back from them." He said before he began to follow the beings to the temple. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

He gasped as he got a good look at them and pulled Zihark to hiding behind a wall, "Wait, you wouldn't want to be asking THEM to give back your weapon. Those are Telekhines, amphibious creatures that lived on this planet for a long time. They were once local to the land, living tribes and diving in waters to hunt. But, after man began to populate, most of their numbers began to flee as human plagues began to wipe them out. The main thing that drove them to sea was our discovery of metal crafting. Telekhines hate metal especially, for they used fish bones for their tools and weapons." Curtis looked around the corner and saw the strange looking creatures struggle to lift Ratheonous's weapon into the temple, "What bugs me is that they are holding your weapon and bringing it in there..." Curtis thought for a few seconds, he was certain that if there were a few here, there was a likelihood that there was a few tribes that called this place home, which would range on average of a thousand of these fish people living in this forgotten kingdom. He was curious though about their strange behavior. He looked to Zihark with a serious face, "We should try getting to sneak into the temple, to maybe see what they are doing in there. Do you think you can lift us to that giant window up there?" He asks as he points to a rather large window on the side of the temple. И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N number of paragraphs: 23

"In truth I really don't care what these Telekhines plan to do with my column. All I know is that I am getting it back one way or another." Although he really just wanted to rush in, that wouldn't be a wise choice. Of course he could deal with large group of people but that wasn't the problem. He wouldn't exactly have enough mano left over to get them both back to surface. He would have to drink his flask in order to do that. Which he wasn't fond of doing. In truth he would much rather use it for a more dire situation. Playing it stealthy was a good option at this point. Going over to window he stood under it looking up at it. Raising his hand he drew a circle with his finger. Just like at a golden ring appeared above him. It didn't move it was just suck in its place hovering there. This was one of his propulsion rings. A spell he made quite a long time ago. For a force mage this kind of spell was unique. A ring that caused what ever to go through it to increase in speed. Many people didn't see the applications for this spell. Though Ratheonous completely proved them wrong. With the ring in effect he jumped up into it. Instantly he was shot up high enough to reach the window seal. He nodded down to Curtis giving him the okay to proceed. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

Even if it was something everyone didn't find use for, Ratheonous always had the right spell for the right situation, and this was one of them. He jumped and the ring propelled him up to the window ledge next to Zihark. He brushed himself off, "Well, that was invigorating. they wouldn't expect spies to be looking from up here... then again, I don't think they would expect anyone down here..." He chuckled a little and looked through the window. What he saw was a bit of a shock: the Telekhines had a giant stockpile of various metal objects just sitting in the back of the temple. He spotted Zihark's weapon thrown into the pile, but his attention was to the pillar that was centered in the pile. On the pillar was a giant stone that was smooth and in a dark color. He didn't need to feel anything to know that that thing was evil and powerful. He leaned closer to the window as he heard voices within, it was the fish people bowing and speaking to the stone on the center pillar, "Oh, great and powerful Mind! We give you these offerings today, in worship for your rebirth. We give these to you as promised, so the day will come when you return your oath and help us rid the filthy humans from the land, so that we Telekhines will have the world to ourselves again!" Curtis was now staring at the scene with an even more serious look. He didn't say a word as he now heard something else speak, something ancient, something dark. He then realized that that the strange dark stone was actually talking to the Telekhines, "You have done well, my servants. I will soon have enough metal to create a new body... I will then seek revenge on all of existence, and destroy the humans, so that you may all live and help me rule once more... Very soon, I will have the strength for the ritual. My Disciples, chant with me the incantation, to help me prepare my new body once more!" The stone began to mutter strange words of an ancient, dead language. There was a feeling of dread in the air, as Curtis slowly began to realize what was going on, "No... it can't be... this place is superb in hiding one here, but I would never think that... Zihark, I think we may have to change plans... we are dealing with something more serious than a weapon retrieval." He said with his familiar serious look. They may have to forget stealth soon... 'Force Specialist' Ratheonous
Diamond Serenity HP: 3400/3400 Mano: 355/400 Spells: First list Second list C rank: Clasp :Active Shield: Ready B rank: P&P: Used (2) Ring: Active [1](2)/ A rank: Barrier: Active/ (1) Dome: Active/Ready ╔════════════════╬════════════════╗ • Ratheonous sat there alongside Curtis watching the scene unfold before them. These Telekhines had been collecting many of assortments of metal for some time now. Anything that would drop into the ocean they brought it here. They did it to appease some voice, a dark demonic sounding one at that. A new demon coming into being wouldn't be good for anyone. No matter what it was it had to be stopped here and now. "Changing plans to ruin an under water cult in their endeavors? I think I can work on that. All I ask is that you back me up on this one." He said sounding serious as well. Tipping his hat in front of his eyes Ratheonous then jumped off the window seal. He landed onto the temple floor dropping down to one knee. Instantly this got some of the Telekhines attention and they prepared their bone weapons to attack. However their efforts were in vain from the start. Zihark quickly pivoted on one of his feet stepping forward with it. He extended out his hand at the end of his step. A powerful blast of unseen energy shot out at the group of locals in front of him. The ones within the path of the blast were sent flying to the other end of the temple. Most of the smashed up against the wall and others barely made it to it. One unfortunate soul was sent flying out another window. The blast didn't get all the Telekhines it only went straight down the middle of the group literally slipping them in half. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

He walked to the center of the window seal and looked down with hands in his pockets. His shadow cast down on some of the Telekhines, who some began to notice him and turned to see another intruder, "Another human! Kill them, they wish to take back their evil metal of our savior!" Curtis smirked as he looked down. What was it that Zihark asked him, to back him up? Well, this should be fun. He pulled out his right hand and raised it up. Seven spears of light appeared around him, all pointing straight forward. He smiled as he looked down at Zihark, "Let there be light." He swung his arm down, the light spears shot down in arks, homing on the closest Telekhines to Zihark. The spears impacted the creatures in bursts of light. He rained down a few more volleys of Holy Lances, giving Zihark room. He then began move his arm down, commanding Zihark's shadow. It stretched around him on the ground into a circle. Curtis lifted his arm, the shadow shot out black physical spikes outward to keep the Telekhines at bay, "Ratheonous, get the weapon! We need to exit Now!" He continued to rain down more Holy Lance, just to buy more time. The stone mind roared with frustration, "KILL THEM, KILL THEM BOTH!!! I WILL NOT BE FOILED BY MERE MORTALS ONCE MORE!!!" The energy of the stone began to grow, and it began to affect the telekhines somehow... their eyes turned the same color as the stone, and began to become more aggressive. He knew he had free reign to do as he pleased. The vice captain would surely cover him. He extended his hand out reaching for his weapon from far. Due to the distance it wasn't instantaneous but he was able to grab onto it within a couple a seconds. Good thing he was being covered by the holy lances other wise he would surely be over whelmed in seconds. The column slowly lifted into the air then shot over into the hand of its master. Just in time too because he got this weapon back just as a Telekhines jumped at him. With swing of his club the poor creature got sent flying towards the ceiling. He watched the local drop to the ground with a slap. "Oh it feels so good to have you back." Ratheonous said with a smirk. Lifting his other hand another piece of metal from the pile came flying out side swiping a Telekhines as before he could chuck a spear. Soon enough however with the combination of both him and Curtis the cultist were dealt with. They were either dead, terribly injured, or ran off not wanting to stick around. Zihark let the column rest on his shoulder as he looked up to the window. "You can come down now....wait" Rath said before looking over his shoulder. Quickly he turned and throw his club. The column struck a telekhine on the head while it was trying to sneak away. That creature was out like a light instantly. Just like a boomerang it came back to his hand. "Okay now you its clear." It felt good to have his weapon back. Now he didn't have to worry about it anymore. As well they could go home, relax, and prepare for the games. "You can mop up here Curtis. Do your research or what ever you will. I will be outside when your ready to depart." He said as he walked out the main entrance with his gold column resting on his shoulder. When Curtis was done he would then take them both up to the surface back above the waves. ╚════════════════╬════════════════╝

He jumped down and walked through the aftermath of the chaos. He passed Ratheonous as he was walking out and spoke without looking at him as they passed, "It'll only take a few minutes..." When Zihark stepped out, Curtis was at the pillar with the strange purple stone. It glowed a sinister color as the ancient voice spoke up again, "So, the power of the Divines hasn't changed over the years... What is your name, mage?" Curtis smirked, "I am Curtis Balfour, Vice Captain of Diamond Serenity." The stone made a strange noise, which he was sure was a growl, "This day has only been a minor set back... I will rise again, and when I do I will destroy everything you know and love... Curtis..." Curtis turned and began to walk away. He stopped at the door and looked over his shoulder to the stone, "I await that day, Deimos."Curtis stepped out and stood next to Zihark, "Now then, what a great way to stretch for the games. Let us head out now, the ceremony awaits." He said as he placed his hands in his pockets and looked up to the ocean ceiling of the kingdom. He heard the surviving Telekhines inside the temple groaning as they slowly started to wake up. From the other side of the kingdom, there was a hustle as more Telekhines were heading towards their location in greater numbers. It would have been fun to ruin them all, but they were on a tight schedule. И^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ЦΦЦ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^N

The Executioner walked through the streets of the under sea city, looking for something. He growled lightly with annoyance as he walked through the rubble he made. There was creature blood everywhere, along with the headless bodies of the old telekhine inhabitants. The Executioner walked around in his own aftermath until he stopped at the church near the center. He walked in a few minutes ago and made short work of the guards inside. There was blood dripping off his axe, and black chains retracted back into his back. He approached the pedestal where the mind of Deimos rested. There was a deep voice from the giant stone, "You, who travels through a sea of blood, why have you come?" The Executioner growled his answer and trusted his hand forward. Black chains shot out and began to wrap around the stone. The mind of Deimos roared with anger as it was being cocooned. When he was fully covered, the Executioner yanked the stone off the pedestal and began to drag it out of the church to the waiting bubble spider outside... §<<<<<<<<<<<<【¥】>>>>>>>>>>>>§
