Ninja Outfit: If Zigbon is not adorning the Akatsuki cloak, he's usually garbed in a black, tight shirt with a sheath wrapped around his torso (in a diagonal manner) with baggy dark navy blue pants with his headband wrapped around his left leg, because he seems to like the pressure on his thigh. He has a fanny pack, if you could even call it that, to hold 3 kunai, 3 shuriken, and one bomb tag.

Personality: Zigbon is a grandstander-- a dignified show off. He usually expresses his emotions, or distaste for things, very vocally and boldly. When he's not eating, he is either complimenting someone, insulting someone else, or killing something. While he IS a grandstander, he also keeps things to himself. He's secretive behind the scenes, and spies for his own measures, advantages and goals. Blackmail is something is not afraid to stoop to, nor is backstabbing.
Sexual Preference: Zigbon is a straight male.
Strengths: His strength is limited. It is a high limit, but it IS limited but he has no seals to break or jutsu to do before he reaches his maximum. However, if you can piss him off enough, the effect of where anger seems to empower someone takes hold of him, and he goes into a half-assed berserk state. While he is not a berserker, he can go into such a blinding rage that can, and will, increase his damage output drastically, but this could also make himself weaker by being so wild and accidentally hurting himself.
Weaknesses: He's not fragile but you can certainly break him after he starts failing. Since he relies on a mixture of brute force and tricky tactics, if someone can defend against his brutal output and tactics, victory is nearly assured. Also, when he goes completely wild when seething, he can hurt himself or hurt his friends in his assault, which is something he dreads.
Likes: Zigbon likes a mixture of superficial things, such as beauty in women, food, and the likes. In specifics, he is also somewhat sadistic. He enjoys pain unto others, yet pain for people he cares for as a friend or more is something he fears and dislikes.
Dislikes: He fears that, because of his actions and his price on his head, that others he cares for will be killed or hurt because OF him. This is the only thing that hampers him, beyond things that are trivial, like choking on his beloved food.

Abilities:
Zigbon has an underwhelming amount of jutsu at his disposal, and to that they are either deceptive or straight brutal. They are all Water jutsu, amassed from either chakra, available water around him, or both. Besides minor abilities, such as small water cyclones that can knock around the bulkiest of enemies, he also has four key abilities in his routine.
Water Style: Spiral Dragon Jutsu: A single spiraling water dragon that can crash into the environment or into a target to create an advantage or just downright try for a killing blow.
Water Style: Water Clone Jutsu: A team of clones, numbered a dozen, to faze the enemy. It is almost entirely amassed from his chakra ability, which is rather high. His water clones have swords made of dry ice instead of steel, and their blades are therefore decidedly deadly against bare flesh.
Water Style: Triple Spiraling Dragons Jutsu: His deadliest ability, this jutsu summons three spiraling dragons that can reshape mountains and destroy the best of bunkers if done right. He can tear the enemy apart with this ability, however it takes time to summon, which can be a very bad opening in close combat situations.
Water Style: Scalding Stream Jutsu: This ability is more of a distraction and tactical advantage point. He can summon jets of hot water from his palms with rapid succession and precision, resulting in varying results. While most will swat at the water, letting their guard down, he could also do this to place water around him to set off other Jutsu as a chain reaction.
Besides these jutsu, he is also mastered in combat, besides his main weapon, with deadly speed and precision with extremely offensive, and rarely defensive, taijutsu. While he is not as proficient as Rock Lee or Rock Guy, he is still able to keep up with most and then some.
Background Story: Zigbon was never really a 'good guy', and this showed as a ruffian child, even moreso as a mischievous teen when he pulled pranks among other things. When he became a young adult he became decidedly more violent and it was becoming more obvious to his fellow villagers and ninja that they decided that having such a uncaring individual who brought nothing but pain and suffering did not have enough pros as it did cons.
When he was kicked out of his village, he roamed for a year and half before he found himself confronted by the dreaded black coat of the Akatsuki. He braced himself to fight back from inevitable death, but death never came. He was recruited after the show he gave to the member of the Akatsuki, and as a year passed he was adapted to the life of the devious organization centered around the Tailed Beasts. While he hasn't retrieved any Tailed Beasts, he is a vital member of the new Generation by doing recon, and assassination missions.
