xxxAND SO... Kanai was the child that was expected to be an idiot, a child that would grow up and achieve nothing. She was the child that was meant to fail greatly and amount to nothing but as her parents discovered after her birth, she was profoundly bright and intelligent. Her parents instantly put her into the ninja academy and she naturally took an affinity for Ninjutsu, medical ninjutsu and genjutsu. Even at the age of 5 she was quite good but as she continued to age she only progressed and by the age of 12 she had made it out of the academy and a fully fledged Genin for Sunagakure. Although this lead to multiple people disliking her, she also gained one person that liked her for what she did and how intelligent she was. His name was Mitsu Kagumi and they he had tried multiple times to gain her affection and after he saved her during one of the missions she fell in love with him. They spent every day together, did missions together and looked out for each other but their sensei never put the idea of being a chuunin in the mind of them until they were 14.
As the Chuunin exam began, Kanai displayed a large amount of mercy, forgiveness and remorse when hurting another shinobi while her partner Mitsu showed nothing and became very sadistic and carried a killer instinct to him that she found horrible and terrifying. They had made it through the first round with relative ease and when they reached the second round and they had to fight another shinobi, she was pitted against the highest ranking genin from Kumo and won thanks to her affinity with wind and quick ingenuity. While she walked back to the stand to watch, she was horrified that Mitsu had killed another Genin and she knew then in her heart that he was evil but she had fallen in-love with him. It was too late for her, she couldn’t escape this triangle of love that she had gotten herself into and this was where she made her choice to eventually kill the love of her life. She knew that she had to win the chuunin exams to get higher than him because even she stood no match to his evil and she knew it. She wasn’t stupid and she knew when she would lose. She was a realist who understood life.
In the finals of the last round, Mitsu and Kanai had made it to the finals and were up against each other for the chance of being the Chuunin but she could see from his face that he had changed after killing someone. She felt the cold aura that he put out and she knew that if she didn’t win, he would kill her to ensure that she would never be able to surpass him and she only just won their battle thanks to her intelligence and good memory in analysing situations and thinking three steps ahead of him. She displayed enough skill that after she won the battle, the kazekage offered her a position as a Jounin for her excellent display in the chuunin exams. It was then that she discussed everything with the Kazekage and came to the conclusion that she would kill Mitsu be it the last thing she did in her life. He escaped the village and disappeared but she will find him and when she does, she will do what must be done.

【 Strengths 】Kanai is very agile and has amazing flexibility. She is also a capable strategist that can think around almost anything and relies heavily on her speed 。
【 Weaknesses 】Can be easily set back if someone figures her strategies out and has the tendency to put the mission before anyone else. She also has an OCD for having everything perfect so if she doesn't see something done properly or perfectly, she will be distracted. 。

The user sends out a powerful explosion of wind, which can easily level almost an entire area as well as reflect sound based attacks directly back to their source. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, making it stronger and more damaging to the target.
B Rank - Fuuton: Sattou Dangan [Wind Release: Bullet Rush] - 4 JP
The user completes the required handseals. After gathering an orb of chakra to their palm, they point it towards an enemy. The orb will split into 25 smaller arrow like projectiles which dart forwards (at great speed for the rank) in the direction that the palm is pointing in waves of 5 at a time. Their piercing ability is greater than average projectiles.
RAITON - LIGHTNING RELEASE

A Rank - Raiton Kage Bunshin (Lightning shadow Clone) - 6 JP
This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
B Rank - Toruneedo Raitoningu [Tornado Lightning] - 4 JP
Using some form of hand seals, the user can generate lightning from their palms, which they can whip around to destroy anything in their surroundings.
B Rank - Raiton: Thunder Dragon Jutsu - 4 JP
By releasing their own lightning based elemental chakra into the around them, the user begins to shift their chakra around and shape it into the form of a giant, majestic dragon. The lightning dragon forms from behind the user and towers high above them to stare down any opponent that dares to face it. The giant sky dragon takes on the appearance it's master wishes for it to have and can be controlled by the movement of the users hands and fires lightning bolts from it's mouth. Begin struck full force and directly by this jutsu can leave the opponent in a critical condition after dealing unbelievable amounts of pain and damage.
SUITON - WATER RELEASE

The user creates a downpour of rain over a wide area. The user's chakra is still connected to the rain and can detect all disturbances in it. This can be used to locate objects or persons being struck by the rain.
B Rank - Suiton: Ame Yose no Jutsu [Water Release: Rain Summoning technique] - 4 JP
This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. By performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. Once this is complete the clouds then proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.

C Rank - Kaben Yōkai [Petal Disguise] - 3 JP
This illusion causes the target to see the user become surrounded by a wave of flower petals. When then petals disperse and fly away in the wind the user is then seen as invisible to the target. The user must hold a hand seal in order to keep the illusion that they are invisible active, so no other techniques can be used while this one is active.
